Tom McCarthy Posted September 4, 2003 Report Share Posted September 4, 2003 That's a pretty classic layout for a cover. I'm glad they did it, but I'd be hard pressed to find the original such layout. I think that Challenge of the Superfriends was preceded by several comic covers with similar 'opposing lineups' designs, including a JLA vs. Injustice league softball game cover from the 60's, IIRC.
