I might point out that you could do most of that with 45 points in TK and a few martial arts maneouvres with the TK element.

 

However, how about Wall of Tentacles (bought as Barrier or Force Wall in 5e) and Tentacle Block built as Deflection?

A mind of it's own/perfect motorcontroll:

Computer or Chimera Style Duplcaition. Allows him to take mroe actiosn at once and even do continious task with one mindset, while still acting with the other. Or doing a "real Multiattack".

 

I would cut out the "Must Follow Grab" for the Entangles. The Entagle itself is effectively a special form of Grab.

 

Depending on how disposeable the tentacles are, TK with Material Manifestation or STR, Limited Range, Material Manifestaion might be better for the effect.

 

The current writeup for stretching allows it to strecth one "armset" of tentacles (I would think 3T's = 1 Arm) by 6 m, but that is it.

 

Gentle Touch:

Contrary to what you might think, he is very gentle even when holding you and it is not half as disturbing as expected. Bonus to Interaction Skills, only to offset creepiness Penalty.

Missile Deflection up to thrown (snatches things out of the air)?
