A great Movement Power, but No fixed locations. Conquorers, Killers, and Crooks - Cheshire is the best Teleporter in print. IMOHO.

 

Also 10,000 km or 6,213.71192 miles is a long way when you concider the Canadian-United States Border's terrestrial boundary (including small portions of maritime boundaries on the Atlantic, Pacific, and Arctic coasts, as well as the Great Lakes) is 8,891 kilometres (5,525 mi) long, including 2,475 kilometres (1,538 mi) shared with Alaska. It is Canada's only land border, and Canada is by far the largest nation having a land border with only one country.

 

Megascale's 100 to 1,000 is more than enough. But is short for a trip from the Earth to the Moon is 238,900 miles (384,400 km).

For me she is a horror writer first and a 13-PS w/ +2 overall is why she has Wealth 5

 

The Forensics,Criminology,and Deduction I got as those would be elements for her writing(probably need to lower those to just general level 10-)

 

I just cut all the KSs to 11-

and the Forensics,Criminology,and Deduction to 10-

with the +2 overall she is running a 12-/13- which is plenty for a writer to at least know something about what she is writing about and please the grognards

 

I was able o fit in all your suggested skills and I added Space to her Navigation

 

Fixed and floating locations I'll get with Exp

She is space capable so the moon is possible for her

Each slot takes a full phase - she would need to spend a phase to activate each item. It may seem extreme, but you are gaining a +1.5 limitation on each power. It will cost you a lot of points, but you may want to remove extra time.

Flight and teleportation do not qualify for perceivable, and I wouldn't think that your stats would qualify either.

Its up to your gm, but I wouldn't allow you to take perceivable on your stats or flight. In effect you are gaining a 1/2 limitation that isn't a limit (in effect, you glow to show powers are in use. What is the difference in showing your +end is on vs +str? Visible is a 1/4 limit & I still wouldn't allow it). Seperate yourself from the character for the moment - would you allow this as a GM? You are claiming a -1.5 total limit on powers but other then unified, the other limits do not limit you once you activate. The limits total the equivelant to 14- activation OAF. What you've got is the equal to unified & only as hero (-1/2), like your MP. Some GMs may let it fly, your milage may vary. Other then that, I'd prefer the gravity crush to be a RKA then a drain (a character with density should resist it better then a martial artist with power defense), perhaps penetrating. The gravity field provides very little pd/ed and how does gravity provide power or mental defense?

Visible tells her enemies she is not human and probably does not have most of the limitations of a human so certain attack might not work

She has no eyes so she may have other senses

No sign of her breathing so gas attacks vs LS won't work

Flight leaves a trail that could be followed unless she goes invisible

Re: Wraith For me she is a horror writer first and a 13-PS w/ +2 overall is why she has Wealth 5 The Forensics,Criminology,and Deduction I got as those would be elements for her writing(probably need to lower those to just general level 10-) I just cut all the KSs to 11- and the Forensics,Criminology,and Deduction to 10- with the +2 overall she is running a 12-/13-

I might be wrong, but afaik 8- and 10- Skills cannot add boni from Skill Levels.
