Escafarc
I think this quote says it all "Julie D'Aubigny was a 17th-century bisexual French opera singer and fencing master who killed or wounded at least ten men in life-or-death duels, performed nightly shows on the biggest and most highly-respected opera stage in the world, and once took the Holy Orders just so that she could sneak into a convent and bang a nun." How much more over the top could you get relative to her reality?

Susano
Re: Character inspiration: Julie D'Aubigny Susano! Get on this! I'll see what I can do for an over the top version. Actually, I'd love to find a decent English biography of her, so I could do a proper character sheet. Also, Bad Ass of the Week Hero would be an awesome project. And on a side note, I've written to the author of BAotW and told him about how useful his books have been when working on Folk Hero/Mythic America.
