To be honest, I'd far rather see a book of adventure ideas -- maybe half a page each -- than one detailed adventure.  Give me the basic idea for an adventure and I can flesh it out, most likely in play.  Give me a detailed adventure and I have to read and absorb it and then adapt it to my world. And often the basic gist of the adventure gets lost in the details.

The trouble with the short adventure idea format - which used to be popular back in the days when there were roleplaying magazines - is that they are of zero use to anyone who doesn't build their own adventures: which is to say, the kind of people who actually buy adventures to run.

So as an experienced GM, you'd probably get more value out of them - but as an experienced GM, you probably won't buy them.

cheers, Mark

When I write up an adventure I try to have one main story, a few long adventure ideas and tips, then a bunch of short "here's some other stuff you can do with this setting" ideas, so there are plenty of options.  That way you have the premade adventure, an alternate that can take a bit of effort, then several ideas for more ambitious GMs.
