Lord Liaden
In some ways, yes. Menton had used his powers, augmented by salvaged ARGENT tech, to manipulate the Guamangans into electing him their president. Unable to find any proof he had rigged the election, the world community was unwilling to act publicly against an apparently lawfully-chosen head of state. So through "back channels" UNTIL hired two teams of mercenary villains to take down Menton covertly, by whatever means necessary. One team was made up of C-list villains, to distract Menton from the real team of A-list mercs, which our three aforementioned felons were on. Even those weren't enough to beat Menton's power, until Dr. Destroyer's spymaster, Rakshasa, who'd been disguised as one of Menton's thralls, shot him point-blank in the back of the head, knocking him out. The incident is summarized in the most recent edition of Champions Universe, and related in more detail in Champions Universe: News Of The World. It's unclear from those sources as to whether UNTIL expected either or neither team to survive, but the low-grade crew were definitely deliberate stalking horses for the others. Ninja-Bear
I say she kidnaps the hero and has him run through a pinball game!
Lucius
My original notion for revenge was a chemical causing total hair loss, but maybe something grander could be done. Weldun's notion of teaming her with Hornet is a possibility, since the PC in question has an insect theme. So that's why she likes to pull pranks like cutting someone's hair..... she likes to bug people. Lucius Alexander The palindromedary says if you're a fan of Ant-Man and Spider-Man, then you like two bug people.
Ninja-Bear
How about a chemical that causes increased body hair?
Ninja-Bear
Or instead of Pinball, it could be an Arcade game and each level releases a kidnapped victim. If the player fsils, the victim becomes stained with a non-toxic paint. Or maybe some embarrassing info is revealed?
Cassandra
Shrinker was a member of a hero team who teased Orge so much he became a villain. Perhaps Orge goes after Shrinker and her former teammates fail to help her. When she recovers she goes on a revenge spree against the team.
