Yes and no - in the first series of What If?, #3, Tony built armor for the Avengers #3 era Avengers, minus Thor but plus Rick Jones. Wasp Armor, Giant Man Armor and Rick's green colour scheme armor which allowed him to become incorporeal, plus Iron Man, vs Hulk and Sub-Mariner.
