GCMorris
Hi guys. I'm having questions about another villain I'm building. Most of my characters are straight forward so I'm Not as needy as you are all thinking
Hugh Neilson
A lot of his abilities can be simulated with limited Telekinesis. Limitations on Regeneration work fine for healing and reforming.

Scott Baker
I'm not familiar with character, but I suggest: 1. Make a list of the things the source character can do (or that you want your version to be able to do) 2. Build each of those things as a power a. The special effect is attracting the metal/spare parts b. Depending on the game, having to have metal/spare parts around may be a limitation if this can be done on-the-fly For a more complex character, you could look at whether some of the powers would be better suited to a multipower or variable power pool. Christopher
Sounds like a slight modification on the "amorphous goo" or "sentient swarm" kind of design. Those usually include some form of really strong defenses. I though about using Desloid with "can affect Material World" attacks. That should tie up most points on itself - affects material is kinda a heavy Advatange at +2. Alterantively when having to built Schlock from Schlock Mercenary I would go:Very high defenses against Body damage. But only limtied agaisnt stun damage. Him getting "splattered all over the place" could simply be the special effect of him being stunned into Knockout. "Pulling himself together" is the special effect of him taking recoveries.
