Harakanilist
I was hoping to put a negative, levelled adder on HKA. It works as a Custom Adder. I can see how it works with Modifiers. I can't seem to get it to work though - even when I essentially copy a modifier across. Is this possible? Thanks Tim Smith
Simon
There's nothing in the HERO System to allow for that, but it's a relatively minor adjustment in the application code to make it work. Try with the current update (just posted) -- should work as expected using LVLVAL (should always be positive) and LVLCOST (can now be negative) attributes. Harakanilist
Thank you! Works like a charm. I know technically it is not legal, but it makes what I'm doing *much* easier.
IndianaJoe3
Some of the SFX in The Ultimate Energy Projector might have had a negative adder, but I don't have a handy copy to check.
Simon
Negative Adders have been around for a while - this was about negative level-based Adders
Christopher R Taylor
You can create an adder on any power then downcost it into negatives
Toxxus
Would I be able to do this to add say.. DCV on Armor in the equipment section and put a custom modifier called "Encumbrance" on it to reflect the -DCV it causes?
