  2. Re: Tracking Down Terror Inc. Very Cool Question Man, thanks for sharing. And Rep coming your way.
  3. Re: Tracking Down Terror Inc. Thanks, Corven I'll look for that, I was planning to use Perrin's version from this board, but it always nice to see different visions of the character. The Professor won't be dead in my world; I've never used Terror Inc. before and have my own campaign world, though I do use elements from Champions world. I'm considering making Giganto and actual giant, but I'll have to think on that a while.

  5. After reading about Terror Inc., here and online I've decided to bring the team into my game. Captain Liberty's aka Steve Perrin's write-ups here have been helpful in this regard, but I'd like to more about the original team. What champions books the characters appear in?

  9. Re: Which Edition of Champions/Hero System Worked Best for Your Champions Campaign? Well I’ve been playing on and off since 1st or 2nd ed not really sure, monochrome cover I think. I also tried some fuzion, but while I liked it well enough, most the my players did not. I haven’t actually played the 5th edition yet but I’ve making characters in preparations for a new campaign I’m kicking off in a couple of months. So far I’m very happy with the changes, cleanest application of the rules thus far, and the changes have almost all been for the better and the few things I’m not so sure about are easy enough to ignore. Of course, I can’t truly say until I actually play some but I strongly suspect that 5th ed will be favorite edition.
  10. Re: Advice needed: Which conversions are okay to post? Jeff Dee is not dead. He lives in town and is regular at my FLGS, he’s also just very recently did some work for Goodman Games. http://www.goodman-games.com/5018preview.php Edit: Ok just saw the rest of the thread and I see that the fact he's still alive has been established.

  12. Re: Adventure Seeds--Title Tag 15 Minutes...Or It's Free! Joey Camacho seems like your average guy, just an everyday Joe trying to make an honest living. But appearances can be deceiving. Joey has a secret, something that makes him beyond ordinary. Joey is a psychic, a man gifted with precognitive abilities. Well, sort of, it seems Joey precognitive abilities are very limited, he can only predict who is going to call him on the phone and what they are going to tell him and only some twenty-minutes or so before it happens. For several years Joey’s tried to come up with a way to make a living off his gift, but Joey’s a scrupulously honest guy, so he didn’t want to do anything illegal or even unethical, he was also hampered the fact that while he’s basically a decent guy, he isn’t a very imaginative one. This all changed one day when his cousin Louie called him on the phone, of course, Joey knew what the call was going to be about, and he was ready to take him up on the offer. You see, for years Louie tryied to get is cousin to help makes bets on the track but Joey would never go for it, but now Louie had come up with a way to make some money off Joey ability in way that he didn’t think Joey would find objectionable. Louie had a line on buying pizza parlor from some guy who was retiring, with his cousins abilities they could easily guarantee a pizza delivered in fifteen minutes, beating all the other places 30 minute guarantee. For a while, things went smoothly, the pizza parlor was successful and even though Joey had to work long hours, he didn’t mind it, because he liked what he was doing. But as fate would have it, crime boss Vincent Gambini owned the other pizza parlor in the neighborhood. Now Vincent didn’t really care if business was down at his pizza parlor, to him it was just one of several place to launder his ill-gotten gains. However, he was curious how Joey and Louie were managing to deliver pizzas consistently in fifteen minutes or less. So he sent one of his boys to work at the place and before long, he learned Louie’s secret. Vincent can think of a lot of better things to do with Louie’s abilities than schlepping pizzas around the neighborhood. So he’s pressed Louie into his service, forcing him to help with gambling, the stock market, and even reports on hit that have gone wrong. The usually honest Joey is being torn apart by all this graft, but there’s not much he can do, Vincent has one of his goons with at all times and to make matters worse he kidnapped his dear mother and is keeping her in a undisclosed location. And even if he could somehow notify the police, he knows that Vincent has several cops on his payroll. But Louie has a plan; he’s been passing out coupons offering great deals on pizza around the neighborhood making sure some get delivered to the local heroes’ headquarters. When they call for some pizzas, he’s going to hide a message in the pie explaining their predicament. But the heroes will have to be careful, storming the pizza parlor will just get Louie’s mother killed. Also, Vincent Gambini didn’t rise to be a crime boss by being a fool, he usually tries to steer clear of run ins with super-types but he’s has contingencies for when it happens, including a few low-rent supervillains in his employ. But his ace in the hole are two experimental guns, one which slow people down for a short period and one that lowers their defenses, making the heroes much more vulnerable to his boys’ guns. 13. Re: Adventure Seeds--Title Tag 50,000 Elvis Fans Can't be Wrong...can they Elvis sightings are on the rise; most put it off as just more of the same nonsense. However, in an unprecedented press conference, an older but surprisingly spry Elvis conforms the rumors. It seems that Elvis never left the building at all, but rather as many suspected he had faked his own death. It seems that Elvis had volunteered to travel to Tibet in order to study an alien martial art known only to a reclusive enclave of psionic monks. For eight years, Elvis trained with the monks, and then for the last twenty he has been working under deep-cover, for a super-secret government organization. Known only as the Hound Dog he has been righting wrongs and using his “Fu†to bring the hammer down on villainy across the globe. But now he is retiring from the super-agent biz and making a farewell tour before throwing his hat into the political arena. The weird thing is that his story seems to check out; can it be the Elvis kooks were right after all? But all is not well in Graceland strange esoteric signs have been seen above the mansion and both workers and visitors there have reported hearing the mournful spectral keening of a guitar, the source of which cannot be located. And some have even claimed to see a ghostly apparition, looking like the King himself, those that have seen the shade claim that he seemed to trying to desperately communicate with them. But if Elvis isn’t dead how can his ghost be haunting Graceland? Things get stranger still when a string of disappearances seems to be following the King’s tour. And then the King announces his bid for the Presidency. "Tuxedo Mirage" "Psych Out!!" “By the Light of the Silvery Doomâ€
