Might switch out Sparkler or Darkon for Starseer. I never used him but he is part of The Raiders from Classic Enemies

I've got the Conquerors all figured out, just working on backgrounds. Still working on Deathstroke, their are possible members from CVV that could be used. Have some of my own creations that could be used, still debating

Purity Knights

 

The Purity Knights don't know about the true nature of the IHA, and believes them to be weak, more willing to talk the talk without walking the walk. IHA usually refers to the Purity Knights as "Genocide Light", and believes that it is only time before they bite off more than they crew and get destroyed (and proving their methods correct).

 

 

Glad you like the books and the Villains. Your free to do with them as you like make any changes you like as well.

I'm using the Knights as a replacement for Genocide. 

I know Justice Inc. was a boxset, don't remember a DI box set though
