First: Sorry, I misremembered some stuff: Ultimate Mystic and Mystic World mention Sanctums a little, but there's only a little. Pretty much just noting that they're a trope, and a few general suggestions. Don't buy them in hopes of getting sanctum-building suggestions, you'll be disappointed.
I never discussed the building itself being "alive" and sentient... but either USM or the Super-Mage Bestiary includes a 4e writeup for the House Haunt, a ghost-like enity that possesses a building and can affect people inside it without having a precise location within it. I don't remember which book offhand (it's been a long time), but you get both through Hero's "Bundle of Holding" deal.
Woo, more posts with product placement!
I never heard anything about a 6E Ultimate Mystic revision. To be fair, it's a pretty "niche" product.
Dean Shomshak
It's on page 14-15 of the super-mage bestiary
I used theTARDIS map for a base to my group in Galactic Champions. Very useful and settling the things with awesomeness. A 8km radius base for a group of 6 to 12 Superheroes and all kind of rooms to justify tons of fun.
Opale, always saving the Galaxy
Where did you find a map of the TARDIS?

drain healing with the trigger advantage. when the healer used his healing/regeneration power on the fist victim, he/she is hit with the healing drain.

Thanks Christopher !
Another question : A character that would create Wards (in 5th ed) needs to have the speel to work independently (he might even be dead and the spell is still working till it collapse after a period of time); how do you do that ? same question : how to set a time limit (I didn't find the option in hdv6 limitations for 5th ed)
give the power the uncontrolled advantage. It will expire when the END you set aside is used up, or also add 0end to it and set the terms of it shutting off to be a specific time (i.e. one hour or day). Another alternative would to be continuing charges

how about an entangle described as nailing the targets shadow in place, preventing the target from moving
-
I'm nearsighted as well. From personal experience doubling the penalties would be about right for the game, just to keep it simple. Ashuramarsh's might be able to read a book at arms reach, but I'm nearsighted enough that I can't.

I thought Fate was already eliminated.
Yes, but the Whim of Fate is a completely different character still in the game.

PETA sympathizers in the legal profession could start filing lawsuits against him, forcing him to spend time and money away from superheroing and exterminating. Every minute he has to spend in court is not only money he has to pay an attorney but loss of income because he's unable to make a living.
If it is known what school Pop Tart is associated with PETA could due more protests, media campaigns, raids against supposed animal testing research done at the collage. Put enough pressure on the school and it might threaten to expel and/or cut financial aid to Pop Tart. How would it affect Honey Badgers and Pop Tarts relationship if she had to choose between him and school?

build it with change environment. add as much penalties as you want

all the socks that disappear from the dryer

perhaps instead of extra damage, the attack becomes AP or Penetrating for free
-
If he can use TK to manipulate blood, make the blood cells of an body freeze in place so the target can't move without hurting themselves.
you now have an entangle that takes no damage from attacks with a triggered HKA/Blast linked to it

Another important object for the Crimson Court is The Grindstone. Unfortunately, I have no idea what it should do. Any idea on what it could do? I'm thinking a protental death trap moved by prisoners (many of them undead and cursed to push the Grindstone forever).
The Grindstone might be the name of his castle/base.

His character sheet is in Champions Worldwide on page 87

Thats not how I read it. If I have shock gloves defined as damage shield-grab and I attack a target and someonr grabs me, I don't see the grabber being attacked by my damage shield.
You would need to put a limitation on the damage shield for it to work that way, otherwise it works as Lucius stated

Best Wishes

It doesn't. You built it with a continuing charge, so unless you take another limitation, the character does not pay END for the duration
-
on the technical side, the Bladebane and Pocket Wench spells are 90 active points, while the multipower only has a 60 point reserve. By RAW, they can't go in it.
-
How about AoE telekinesis. Possibly with the physical manifestation limitation. This would allow you to grab the targets and then squeeze/constrict them for damage.

a brand of kitchen appliances

a town that size would probably have a Inn/Hotel

traditionally, yes the ranks less and under a duke. Barons were at the bottom, and counts and earls are the same rank, but different names. How much political/military/etc. power each had was a different thing.
-
looks good, but as a note: your Body Of Flesh/Wood multipower has double listing of powers. i.e. Body of Flesh I and Body of Flesh II are the same and Body of Wood I and Body of Wood II are also

Wasn't a TARDIS-like vehicle built in Ultimate Vehicle?
Yes. Its solution was to first using the vehicle rules build it as it appeared to the outside as for abilities. Then add a custom power of how much bigger you wanted the inside to be with the power modifier: invisible power effects

you could always use the option from Champion Powers: Breakfall, Usable By Other (+1/4), ranged (+1/2), only for falls of 2 segments' duration or longer (-1/2)
