"Yeah we realised we are two of a kind." John replied. Just then, the door busts open and a 5'10 mexican guy barges in and bullets from the 9 mm Uzi burst out rapidly. "Duck" John yelled at Jena. Once the magazine was empty, the guy ran out the door. John gives chase with Jena close behind. They run through the street and alleys. Joh sees an oppertuity and takes it. He leaps over a dumpster and lands on top of Mr shoot first ask questions later guy. He picks the guy up by his collar and slams him against a wall. "Who wants me dead?" John asks. "Its not nice to mess with Juan Garcia or his moey." the man replied. Days before his Mexico trip, John had "aquired" about $100,000.00 of Garcias hard earnd drug money. Being shot at and life threatend is just an occupational hazard John and his team has gotten used to. Especialy when you use their own money to wage war against them. "I want you to brig your boss a message." John told the guy. "Tell Garcia hes fixin to be gatoer bait." With that Joh and Jena leave. They go to Johns truck wich is parked infront of the canteena where they met. He takes jena deep into the jungle to a clearing. There sits a Black C130 Hurcules transport plane. John gets out of the truck ad punches in a four didgit code. The rear cargo door opens to reveal the slim black stealth helicopter.

Re: Public vs. Secret Identity Hyper Man has a good point. The hero is the true IDentity. Might as well call "secret Identitys" Alter egos. They are the Alternant Identity and in some cases arnt so secret. Face it in the case of Superman/Clark Kent no one could realy be that nieve.

Re: Team Black Eagle "Jenas Return" Just over 100 degrees in the Mexican town boardering California. John steps out of his black 4X4 pickup wearing black BDU pants and black T shirt. He walks into the cantena calmly and confident. Once up at the bar he takes a seat on a tall bar stool. A heavy set mexican guy with a mustach walk up to him from behind the bar "May I help you sinor?" John said "yes I am looking for this man". He holds up a picture. The bartender seems a bit worried and says "sinor you do not want to look for this man". With that, he orders a non alquaholic drinck and sits and waits. He knows the bartender will contact the cartel muschle he is looking for. As a matter of fact he is counting on it. while John was waiting in walks a tall redhead standing 5 foot 11. She makes her way over to him and says "you look like you need a good time." He gets up and goes with her. When they get to her motel room he says "Sherry I thaught you had a Ti Qwan Doe tournament what arte you doing here?" The redhead responds " I am Jena, I have been following you and my sisters work." John was a bit taken back by that and had a few questions for her. She told him that she faked her death because it was part of her deep cover with the DEA. She also told him that she was surprised when he showed up at the cantena. (more to come soon stay tuned)

Re: Why Don't The Villains Kill? I think Villons like the Joker and Lex Luthor dont kill their super enamy because they like the chase. They see chasing their hero as a game. They never actualy want the game to end. So they put their hero into situations they know they will eventualy escape from just so they can be chased again. I think the chairacter that realy braught that out was the Joker of the 60s. To them its an adrinalin rush. Thats why it will never be an end to their game. If the game ends it defeats the purpous.

Re: Public vs. Secret Identity Anything is possible with the right computer expert on your side. Under Cover cops do it all the time. Probably one of the best disguses would be if you were a male hero and dressed female when you were "off duty". Jimmy Olson did it in Friends of superman. Or like some who have diffrent hair color and dress diffrently when in either identity. So even in this day and age unless they took your finger prints or had facial recognition cameras then you could get away with a secret ID.

Re: Types of Superheroes/Villains Mutants would that include the Hulk and SheHulk? Also when I think mutant heros I think of the Ninja Turtals of the 90s. I think mutants have been around as long as superheros in some form or another. Just my few cents.

Re: Public vs. Secret Identity I can see Advantages and dissadvantages to both. My main chairacter and his team do not have secret Identities. My main chairacter and his wife are also well known in certain communities. So much so he has warrents and a contract out on him. Being exposed does put your hero and anyone close to them in harms way. On the other hand he doesnt have the preasure of hidding who he realy is. Imagine the stress Batman and Superman were under having to hide it from the ones they loved. Besides as Cassandra pointed out in one of her blog entris a pair of glasses does nothing for a disguise.

Re: DEA and local police Depends on the size of the bust. If its a large quantity like say the container ship you speak of then yes DEA would be involved. Face it the feds like takeing as much credit as they can get. In reality that detective going to his dept for assistance in firepower would end up with use of the SWAT team as well as DEA cooperation. The DEA mainly handles large cases. Hope this helps in your scenerio.

Re: What have you used Hero for? On this forum I am using it as a board to show off my creation of a mostly female comando team and the guy that leads it and their adventures. I am also into other heros like WonderWoman and Supergirl. For that I play on Second Life. I hope to be showing off more of the Black Eagle teams adventures on here

Re: Special Missions team For a good urban comando unit each member of the team sould specialise in verious things. But every member of the team sould know recon tactics. Also they will most likely be working night ops as most other comando missions. A fast durable car or truck is a must in an urban setting. Think SWAT but not as obvious. They have to be able to bnlend in as well.

John Dunn: ex army pilot and ex special forces. Has martial arts skills as well as great strength. As leader of Team Black Eagle he is best known for his private war on the drug cartels. At 42 he realises he is getting older but being older doesnt stop him from going all out. Sherry Henson Dun: She is the only person to ever kick Johns butt. Her martial arts skills are far better then any one out there. With a double diomond black belt in Ti Kuan Doe she fights along side her husband. Her drive for fighting the cartels goes back to her sister Jena who is ex DEA and was presumed dead. Becky Johnson: The teams computer expert and goth girl she can hack into any system in the world including US government computers. She is the go to girl for anything technicle and IT related. Even though she doesnt have a combat backgfround she is a very valuble asset. Cindy: flew with john durring the Iraq war. she can fly anything with or without wings and provides air support for mission where needed. As a 5'10 blonde she can be a bit intimidating. Black Eagle: a top secret stealth attack helicopter designed and built by Dunn Aviation. Black Eagle is often used for night ops and is the teams best asset. Team Motto " Freedom and Justice for ALL!"

John "Gator" Dunn : Team leader combat helo pilot with great strength and abilities to jump 20 to 30 feet in the air along with martial arts skills has no need for firearms. With Dunns abilities and pursute of the drug cartels has earned him great respect as well as put himself in great danger. Sherry Henson Dunn: wife to John Dunn has same abilities as him. only diffrence in her is she is a tripple black belt in Ti Kuan Doe. To this day she is the only persone to ever kick Johns butt lol. They share a great bond so great they are telepathic only to eatchother. Her drive against the drug cartels stend from her sister Jena and ex DEA agent who was undercover and presumed dead. Sherri is also the teams weapons expert. Becky Johnson: her work for the team mainly consists of anything computer related. She can hack into any computer system in the world. Cindy Marris: tall blonde can fly anything with or without wings. She flew with Dunn when he flew Apachies in Iraq. BlackEagle: an expierimental stelth attack helecopter built and designed by John Dunn. We are Team BlackEagle defenders of freedom and justice for ALL!
