The truth, which was revealed unofficially later, is that they wanted to shoot more Tatum Channing scenes to add to the movie since he's become such a big deal right now. This is easily one of Hollywood's most misguided blunders as the possible boost they get from more Channing cannot possibly make up for the wasted marketing cash spent, including a Super Bowl spot.

Re: A Thread for Random Videos I heard a disco remix of that on the radio today. Just so ... unnecessary. You want to cover it? Cool, put your own spin, more power to you. But taking the original and adding a dance beat just means you didn't even listen to the original, imo. Stop it.
