From India comes Iron Flower, a beautiful woman who wanted to be a Bollywood star. Much like the western counterpart, their are human 'sharks' looking for prey. Showing up for a 'casting session', she was rendered unconscious, then woke up in an underground hospital with many of her orgins removed and replaced with cybernetics. Excaping, she joined the group, secretly enraptured with her new parts.

President Jon Terra wasn't a villain in the original Jet Justice series, being a fairly benevolent father to Melinda, and a pompous blowhard to Jet.  However, something happened on the way to our world that has twisted his mind, and he now seeks to become President of Earth again, no matter what it takes.  He's also gained the power to control bureaucracy so that government officials are always on his side unless mentally shielded.

    Twist of Fate

Twist of Fate is one of the founding members of the group and the one who needs the others because her power is that of altering fate itself so that what happened either did not happen or turned out a different way. She can thus improve what her companions do or what happens to her companions. Otherwise she has some martial arts as defensive powers and some gadgets to offset damage so that she can stay operational. She is often frightened but is also a bit of an adrenaline junkie. So the whole supervillain lifestyle appeals to her.

    Okay, for the Grey List...

Bryce (or is it Brice?  Brace?) Eborn is the Houseguest.  His one power is being able to walk into any building and have people assume he's meant to be there.  Thus, he manages to have a fairly steady living as an extra, and saves money by crashing at other people's cribs.  You're pretty sure you've met him before, but can't quite put your finger on it.  His preferred method of becoming a houseguest is simply to stay late after a party--usually the hosts were too drunk last night to remember if they actually invited him to stay.

What makes him an actual villain is casing places for robberies, and issuing invitations to vampires.  He doesn't do this often, to avoid raising his profile, but Bryce has a gambling problem and needs cash infusions every once in a while.

I'm taking Comic's notation about "celebrities" to heart, so I'm going with a real celebrity.  My apologies in advance to Mr. Walken.

Christopher Walken has known about his sonic powers ever since he was a teen, but has carefully kept them hidden.  Even as a member of the Hollywood Blacklist, he carefully disguises himself and pretends that his powers come from a souped-up smartphone.  (It's actually a prop cell phone with some sci-fi doo-dads glued onto the case to make it look impressive.)  As Cel-blow, he is one of Blacklist's ranged combatants.

    DOOM RAVEN

Billy Black was a outcast kid in rural Idaho. bullied and lonely at school he fell in with a "Coven" of goth kids who got into the occult.

some how the coven got its hands on an actual grimoire of black magic spells(on ebay).
Billy volunteered to be the recipient of the spell trying to impress his crush the only girl in the group, the spell involved the ritual sacrifice of a Raven and then a long painful process as billy's back was hand tattooed with  wings using ink made from the ashes of the sacrifice.

The spell worked giving billy the ability to create Wings of Ash and shadows. but it wasn't just the power that came through some other dark form came with it and one by one the other members of the coven died screaming Billy did everything he could learning his new powers eventually managing to defeat the thing that came with his powers but not before the girl he loved had died screaming in his arms. Billy was forced to flee his home town as the sole suspect for multiple grizzly murders he disappeared into the occult underworld of New York and eventually became a member of the team.

he is the teams stealth specialist and look out.

His powers are the wings of ash and shadow that allow him to fly  protect him and and also allow him to disappear competently in shadows he also has superior vision from his raven eyes and is able to create black talons. he also can summon command and see through the eyes of any bird in the Corvid family.

he has added a number of minor magical artifacts and learnt some lesser spells to supplement the wings since he started working the occult underworld.

    Nacht

Hans Schlesser is Nacht, German for Night. He thought that Night King or Night Killer or something of that ilk would attract too much attention. He is the leader of the team and was the one who effectively 'deposed' Diabolicus by getting him to leave. Nacht has some dark powers but has a wealth of contacts in the Underworld and supernatural communities. He is a tad suspicious and paranoid about the witch who seems to have some sort of vendetta going against the team. He witnessed firsthand several attacks on the team undercover of their battles which resulted in the deaths of team mates which, as they were demons, should not have happened. [This was the The Sophia trying to finish Diabolicus but his colleagues, who were powerful and evil in their own right, were more than acceptable collateral damage]. His colleague Dr Fear tried to subtlely investigate and find out who their foe was. His death was far from subtle but effective. Nacht has prevented colleagues from snooping since although he has tried elliptically and abstractly tried to find out who it is. What he does not know is that a ring he wears grants him some protection so that neither The Sophia nor the Sybll have been able to pin him down and elimninate him.
Hans provides some energy power but also obscuring powers. And then he has access to a wealth of devices with which he helps the team.

Nacht plays up the fact that Furlong is the actual leader as it helps divert attention from the team and from him. Neither of them are fools and as long as it works they intend to let it run.

David Starr was always bullied by his older brother Greg "Golith" Starr for being so short. It diden't help that Greg became a basketball star, while David diden't show any skill in sports. His gadgetearing friend made him a remote control basketball for him in an atempt to humiliate his brother, but he ended up killing him. Calling himself Rockshot, David sets out to humiliate all giants in the game of basketball, and slay them like the clasic biblical David. (By the way, "Rock" is a slang for the Basketball itself).

Tell Tale- True! It was, of course, the brilliant Poe who first made me realize the true nature of my condition. God bless, Edgar, and damn the fools who misunderstand his tale of a man who might as well have been me in a past life, if it is possible for a fellow to be so twice cursed. I thought I was going mad, you see. The filthy stink of my peers had grown more pungent until I could scarce breath around them.  The streaks of color they wore became progressively more garish and glaring, as disturbing to my sight as any gleaming vulture's eye. And to touch them, to accidentally brush up against the filthy oil of a fellow adolescent's skin, or the rough texture of some decaying older man or woman who were like lizards that refused to shed properly.

But note, gentle sirs and ladies, the worst aspect had to be the sounds; the horrid rushing of their ravenous pulses through blood vessels, the grind grind grind of molar against molar as their jaws clenched and unclenched in cacophonous champing. If not for a short story that revealed all to me, I might have thought I'd descended into madness. Oh yes, the sounds were the worst, to have my ears constantly exposed to the rustling of that stagnant breath, like winds through some fetid swamp's reeds, or the clack clack clack of their joints in motion?

Why, I can see why one would THINK I'd gone mad.

    Where was I? Ah, yes.

Of all the sounds, it was the hearts, the wretched thump of that detestable muscle bullying away all lesser sounds, that irritated me most. Some other man might gaze in wonder at the sweet slope of some maiden's torso. I? I could only grit my teeth in frustration as the antagonizing beat in the cage of her ribs pounded away relentlessly like some bird caught in the weave of a net it could not escape, and yet it was too stubborn to be silent and DIE already!

My revulsion at their ever unwelcome and untimely presence did not diminish one iota with exposure, I can tell you that. Rather it built up. It was Mr. Poe's excellent documentary that lead me to the full realization of my particular problem, not madness, but true acuteness of the senses. I was under constant attack, constant! And did not I, did not any living being, have a right to defend himself from such bombardment?

It was my desire for self defense that led me to silence my first enemy. This first and particular heart beat in the chest of a teacher, one Mr. Bellows, who insisted I sit in the front row. It was he who had introduced us to the works of Poe, so I suppose I should have been grateful. But, he read the story. He pushed it upon us. Clearly this was no innocent, he KNEW what his hellishly raucous heart was doing; he had to. And so, it was only right I should first defend myself against him, or more accurately, defend myself against the weapon within his chest that bludgeoned me ear rattling crashes.

I shan't go into the details, no no. That would have you thinking I am some lover of the macabre, some murderer who enjoyed taking a life. I'm not. I just want to live in peace. If I could have removed his heart without killing him, don't you think I would have?
Oh, but when it finally silenced, it was more than a peace that descended upon me.

    It was power.

Somehow, the anointment of blood, that first purge, allowed me to project my hypersensitivity upon others.

The school girl, the one who tried to be so oh so kind, unaware of how the glare of her smile blinded me, how the attempts at gentle touches she made tore at my flesh... she tried to reassure me that the police would find Mr. Bellows' killer. HER heart was beating too, and I wondered in one fit of despair if I'd have to kill everyone in the school just to finally end my torment. But something passed between her and I, and then?
My senses became as any other man's, delightfully dull, deliciously obtuse, and wonderfully, gloriously weak!

I almost kissed her as an angel right then. But as the hour passed on, I watched her twitch at every wayward stink that I could no longer smell, I watched her cover her eyes at the bright colors that no longer bombarded me so heavily. And after an hour, she began screaming to others, "SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP!"

    My curse had passed on!

They took her away, of course. Not my fault, I am not the one who misdiagnosed her, am I? I am not the one who thrust her into some modern day bedlam institution for the crime of being more aware than they. She senses remained sharp until she took her own life a week later. She was weaker than I, I suppose, or perhaps wiser, who is to say?

Sadly, my own heightened state of awareness returned in less than twelve hours.

But I  have the cure now, well, not the cure, but a reprieve. Midas could, with but a touch, dull the senses of a target as they became naught but blissfully inanimate gold. I? I can grant the barbed gift I bear to others. It almost always ends up having them labeled as 'mad' by a cruel and primitive society, but really, what's the alternative?

I can't rip out EVERY heart, now can I?
    ...........

Tell Tale is a truly disturbed individual, with hyper senses that he just can't cope with. It's driven him utterly insane, though he denies that categorically, claiming all his actions are merely part of self preservation. He works with other members of the team much to their distaste, but his skills, that of a poised serial killer, range from stealth to security systems (hyper senses make it much easier, of course, to bypass much of that) and even psychology (Enough to rationalize his own actions) have proven useful. He often dresses in items meant to muffle or dim his senses, but they never really are enough. His only true respite from his power is to pass it onto others. They stay hyper sensitive (And are almost always driven mad by it to one degree or another), but he finds only a half day of "blissful dullness" before his condition returns again.

People disagree whether or not The Voice has actual mental powers, but few dispute her ability to command others to do as she wishes, merely by singing to them.  A finalist on American Music Star, Myra Scherzinger eventually came in second to a 12 year-old girl; in a fit of picque, started singing about everybody Kung Fu Fighting -- and the coaches, other contestants, and audience members all began brawling.  She decided that, if her singing ability couldn't make her rich and famous, her powers to command others to do as she wishes would make herself rich and infamous.

    "Dugan, you ready?"

"Sure, Sharpshooter.  Ready as I'll ever be."  Jimmy Dugan grimaced.  Bad enough the Eliminators had kidnapped him and his camera crew, but now he had to interview Stoneface.  Dugan clutched the stump of his left forearm, remembering the last time he had put a microphone in the living gargoyle's face.  Damned supers.  Someone should wipe every last one of 'em off the face of the earth.

Stoneface stepped forward and grinned, his wings spread wide and his sharp gray teeth prominent.  "Heya, Jimmy.  How's the hand?"

"You tell me.  I'm just sorry you didn't choke on a bone."

"Awww... and here I thought we were pals, Jimmy.  What with you always talking 'bout us on your newscast."

"About what a menace you freaks are?  Yeah, favorite topic of mine."  Dugan ignored the panicked look on his cameraman's face.  He'd be damned if he'd pussy-foot and softshoe around any super, whether cape or criminal.  He put an obvious fake smile on his face and handed the microphone to the living gargoyle.  "Maybe you'd prefer holding the microphone this time.  Remember, this is going out live, so if you want to spend a few minutes stringing a thought or two together before answering my questions, I'll understand."

Stoneface's grin slipped.  "You're lucky I'm the forgiving sort, Dugan.  And you're forgetting, this isn't about you asking questions.  It's about us Eliminators telling Professor Protector what a loser he is, and how we're going to kick his armored can back to Germany."

"Hmmm... last time, the Eliminators just barely escaped the good Professor's attempt to bring them in for justice.  Do you really think you have a chance against a man who is arguably the most powerful caped vigilante alive?"

"When he sees what we have waiting for him, he won't be alive for long."

Dugan smiled.  These superpowered fools, always ready to brag and boast.  Should be easy to get him to spill enough details for Professor Protector to kick the Eliminators' butts once and for all.  Not that the crusading reporter was any fan of the caped vigilante; he just hated the Eliminators more.  And Stoneface most of all.

His teammates tend to drug him so that they can do things that do not require a giant. However posions or gasses don't have a greater adverse effect other thin putting him to sleep. It has been claimed that he was a wimp and that some magic or whatever made him this way which would make the 4F name relevant. He often threatens to eat children just to upset people.

Ryan Thorensen has the distinction of being the only person to seek out the Dream Stealers and willingly ask them to do their thing on him.  As the disgraced chief scientist of Prime Technologies, Thorensen was revealed to have been supplying Dr. Nymax! with materials and information for years, including the details of several top secret contracts Prime Tech had with the government.  He thought that turning state's evidence would help him, but he didn't count on Nymax!'s responses to his duplicity, nor did he anticipate a federal judge tossing the plea bargain out the window.  Caught between a rock and a hard place, Thorensen figured the best thing to do would be to disappear as completely as possible.  He thought he could hide some of his money from the Dream Stealers and retire in luxury with his new face and complete non-identity, but he didn't realize how thorough the Thief of Everything could be.

Thankfully, Thorensen (now calling himself Ernie Gower) still has extensive science skills and a penchant for inventing.  He built himself plenty of gadgets to help him in his quest to trash the government (and if possible, get a few shots in on Dr. Nymax! along the way).  Everybody thinks he calls himself the Examiner, but only he knows it's spelled Xamyn-er (a subtle dig at the bad doctor, using his name spelled backwards).
