Gort
 
Shirley Woznaski gained some of Majestic's invulnerability. Unfortunately her power manifested when she watched the science fiction film 'The Day The Earth Stood Still' and she manifested as the robot Gort. This has led to her being called by that name. She is slow moving in her new form but can take insane levels of damage. She can fire back but this is a latent mutant power that activated with the change into Gort

Frosty the Evil Snowman
 
Some people believe that if you build an effigy and curse it with the proper rituals then you can bring it to life so that it will attack and destroy your enemies. That is the common story behind Frosty the Evil Snowman. This being can appear and disappear at will originally only in snow and icy conditions. It is strong and immune to all forms of fire which has led to some heroes becoming undone. Its evil grin and manic laughter are a sure sign of its presence.

Riley Vincent can turn any vehicle into his beloved Bean, a flying ship straight out of science fiction. While Riley doesn't actively conceal his identity, his friends call him UFO

Zero Degree has an area effect weather power where he drops the ambient temperature down to zero fast enough to lethally shock human and mechanical systems. Snow forms from frozen moisture in the air.

Xanthous
 
You are judged. By Xanthous ! Whatever you have done Xanthous will uncover it using the light of truth. There is no escape. There is no reprieve. There is just Xanthous. From the depths of the ocean to the far reaches of outer space Xanthous can seemingly appear at will and judge you.

He is Zavior, a galactic overload who believes himself to be the savior of the universe. As long as he controls the universe, he believes that he can save it from the other force. He does not even think that the sentient beings of the universe have a say in the matter.
 
Zavior has multiple bodies, each one connected to one cosmic force. This one is connected to electricity. There is also water, ice, heat, gravity, motion, etc. All of them know what the others are doing at all times, and each one is active at once. Rarely do they join forces at one place, because of the universe and the size if it. Woe to the planet where two Zaviors lands upon it at the same time.

He is the diabolical Headlight. Formally a superhero with the power of light generation, this light forces everyone to stair into it like deer, he soon realise EVERYONE can be affected like that, not just villains and criminals. And HE could rob everyone blind while everyone is frozen in place looking at his light.

When the lights go out in the big game and the generator back ups are not kicking in Spotlight lights up the big game.He is one of the most powerful and popular heroes(the sports and concert scene loves him and he sold more toys and Jerseys than the top 10 sports players combined)Some even say a certain Patriots QB wife was going to leave her husband for him.

Searchlight
 
No evil can escape from Searchlight. When the lights go down or someone uses a dark field then Searchlight is there to bring the light of day onto the subject.  He appears in the darkest of circumstances to bring the light of truth and justice to any situation. No evil can escape him and all who would bring despair and brutality to menace innocence will be vanquished by Searchlight

There have been many Dopplegangers over the years, from the romantic spy of the 60's who vexed Cold War Allies by seducing their agents to the Communists to the shapeshifting hero of the 80's to the face-stealing psychopath of the 90's to today's throwback who hails from the hidden city of Dopploppolis and can duplicate any superbeing that they see.

But the one who was a legend was WWII's master of disguise, a former actor who joined the war effort and used his uncanny skills to infiltrate first the French, then the British, and finally worked his way to America, where he lead a fifth column of saboteurs against the industrial cities of the US. He was finally killed by Detroit's namesake hero, Detroit Steel, when he leapt at the distracted hero, sailed over his head, and fell into the gears of the assembly line that he was trying to blow up.

Upon his mysterious return, he acclimated quickly to the modern world and now seeks to complete his final mission by bringing America down. He wears hats of both leftists and rightists, sowing dissent by enflaming each side against the other. He can be seen whispering in the ears of politicians, business leaders, and protest leader, then  anonymously posts on the Internet, dropping dank memes and false information. He knows that there is no greater weapon to turn against the nation than itself and is gleefully watching it tear itself apart.

As for Detroit Steel?

Doppleganger sits in a café in downtown Detroit, watching the city rot around him, content to not so much as lift a finger as the city slowly crumbles. Should another hero take up the mantle? They'll find Doppleganger ready to balance an old debt.

Really liked all three takes, but in the end The Mutilator edges out the others with a little more depth in the background. The next image is yours wcw43921.

Mansect
 
Sometimes the scientists or their backers watch too much television or read too many books. Then they come up with the idea of men becoming animals like cat-people, minotaurs, dog-people or merpeople. They also decide to splice insect DNA with human DNA and thus was born the Mansect programme. When there is a success then that person becomes the new Mansect. This person is someone usually kidnapped and experimented on and this is the case with the current individual. He does not turn into an insect he is like this 24 seven and now eagerly serves his new masters. 

The Mutilator
 
Tracy Ramey wanted only one thing in life--to hurt severely everybody he thought had hurt him, and that was a very long list.  He designed a fighting suit with stingers in the gauntlets and boots, charged with painful, debilitating venom.  He wanted to call himself Killer Wasp, but he could never get the wings to work.  Then he learned about the red velvet wasp, a species without wings--and while he admired it for its viciousness, there was no way he was going to call himself Red Velvet anything.
 
Then, after further research, he learned it was of the insect family Mutillidae--and that gave him his new name.  The perfect name.
 
As The Mutilator, Ramey loves to fight and hurt people, and he's good at it as well, much to the regret of heroes and law enforcement officers who make the mistake of underestimating him.  His utility belt carries extra venom cartridges for his stingers, as well as any other equipment he finds necessary.  The helmet, in addition to protecting his head from harm,  contains a set of infra-red lenses that allow him to see in the dark, and he is in the process of designing a new helmet incorporating a limited air supply--just the thing to protect him from the effects of the venom gas bombs he has just designed.

Insector is an alien bug which got bitten by a 'radioactive' human which gave him advance intelligence and a humanoid form, but kicked him out of the galactic hive mind. Thinking for itself for the very first time, it realized that it's queen's quest to conquer all other planets to make a hive-universe under her control was wrong. The Queen's insectoid henchbugs hunt it with extreme prejudices, and it found a place to hide upon Earth. But it fell In love with the world and swears to protect it, even from themselves.
 
(If it is not obvious, Insector is a drone of his race. This "it" as oppose to "him/her".)

I rather like Quackhell's Red Eye - nicely done.  I could see using him in my Champions campaign.

During an UNTIL raid Gabriel attempted to find his wife and fellow tech Gia and as he ran towards her a huge explosion rocked the facility. She was crushed under rubble right before his eyes. He managed to escape capture and also took with him a prototype laser sniper/cybernetic hud interface called the Basilisk. Now known as Red Eye Sandoval uses the high powered weapon and bleeding edge targeting system as tool for revenge against UNTIL while also on the run from VIPER. He keeps a ragged scrap of his wife's dress that he pulled from the wreckage tied around his arm as a constant reminder of his mission.
