My response to such people is this: "I don't care if it's realistic or not. I read comics and fiction for entertainment, not a physics lesson." Fiction is not about realism, it's about willing suspension of disbelief for fun.

I'm working on the write-up right now: I figure I'll use a 4D6 Major Transformation (Person into Person with amnesia, heals back 5pts/daily), NND (LS: Immune to Toxins, +1/2), Works vs. EGO not BODY (+1/4), Continuous (+1), 4 Continuing Charges last 5 minutes each (+0), OIF (-1/2)

What? No Milk Of Amnesia...

I could see writing-up a coil of rope as an Entangle if I was going to give it "special properties" (i.e. Cannot Be Escaped With Teleportation or a linked STR Drain), but other than that why bother? In most places you can buy a good roll of duct tape for $3 or less.

Re: Watched/Monitored Most of those would more appropriately be Social Limitations. The last one will work though...

1) a 10d6 Killing Attack? Without knowing the specifics of this power, I'm going to guess that the player loaded it down with limitations to make it cheaper. If this is the case, the GM needs to bring the force of those limitations to bare at the next session. 2) I agree with Patriot's idea, the GM should run a senerio that puts a greater enphasis on brains then brawn, leaving the overly-powerful killing machine to stand around looking like a dope. 3) If the player doesn't get the message from all this- and talking to him/her straight up hasn't worked- then it is time to give him/her the boot.
