Re: Chemical enhancements with an addiction probability This is looking much better. The idea of the roll with an increase in difficulty adds something more. Plus I like the idea of the loss of AP's as a side effect of the addiction. I will pass this idea along to the player and go from there.

Okay starting up a new campaign and I have a player who wants his toon to be a chemist. One of his powers is a super pill that gives increases to stats. Easy, but he also wants to build into it a chance to become addicted as well if the drug is overused. How would you go about building this and what sort of limitation would that be. Info use drug once per day minimal addiction rate, each additional dose in a day severely increases your chance to be addicted. ps didn't there used to be a limitation for this in 4E? Re: Usable maps of Pangea I always thought about this idea too but frankly I like Gondwana and Laurasia as a better candidate. More coast line I guess and more fantastical I guess.

Re: Spiderman's Web I am fairly unsure about the rules but wouldn't Breakfall usable by others with a high roll work as well. Or am I off base on this one. Could be missing something.

Re: Single Most Powerful Super Hero EVER!!! Okay I am a marvel nut and have a few that I think should be given some consideration: Mr. Fantastic forget the stretching and just think of that brain. I believe that in the end with enough preparation he is a seriously deadly foe. And without that preparation he has some serious powers with stretching. Also a wacky addition Black Bolt. I know he is a bit one sided (not completely) but he has got one hell of a side.

Re: VIPER help needed. I also thought that it said that the head VIPER guy knows approximately where the lantern is. VIPER source book has more about it.

Re: VIPER help needed. I have always like massasauga for an exotic sounding snake. And I agree with LA about the Serpent Lantern. That item is powerful enough to get all the snakes moving out of their dens.

Re: Why We Really Shouldn't Laugh at Shadow Destroyers Shark Headed Minions That is a great Astro City story. Of course I always have enjoyed most of the stories from that line. And shark headed men would always seem to be a bit scary to me. All those rows of big sharp teeth.

Re: The Dragon Mandarin I am pretty sure that this book is for 5th edition. It is fairly similar to the section from Watchers of the Dragon but with slight modifications.
