If you neglect the sharp drop in the outermost 5%, the mass density of the sun as a function of distance from the center is roughly 250 * exp(-10.1 * r), where r is the fraction of the solar radius (so it's zero at the center and 1 at the surface), and the density is in grams per cubic centimeter (which is the same as metric tons per cubic meter).
