They would seem to make a fine Skrull Empire analogue (and who can't use malevolent alien shapeshifters), and GF is probably the only place we'll find out anything about them. I like to say that Terran Empire is like playing Star Wars in the Star Trek universe' date=' while [i']Galactic Federation[/i] would be more like Star Trek in the Star Wars universe -- lots of high-flying adventure with a lot less of the political intrigue going on. While they do not deal at all with the Roin'esh nor the invasion of the Nibu Gemani, there are Star Trek Hero files at: http://www.starherofandom.com/h_trekhero/index.php including full supplements (one based on the old FASA RPG and one dealing with life in the period of Next Generation and Deep Space Nine) and some Hero Designer files too.....definatly worth a gander, IMNSHO.
