No one drives any portion of Western Australia under 90 km/h, do they?

 

TX takes longer if you are going the southern route, too. Going thru El Paso means you've spent a couple hundred extra miles in TX.

I'm not sure what the speed limit on the open road in WA is. I can ask a friend who has done it. In the NT we used to have open limits -- go as fast as you can. Then we brought in speed limits, and i think there maybe some sections which have now open limits.

Conneticut-sized states or Arizona-sized?

 

I live in Missouri, she lives in Wyoming.

 

Though Utah, Iowa, and Ohio are sort of medium-sized.

 

Texas is big, though.

 

Not as big as Alaska, though.

 

Southern Wyoming at 55 is bad enough. I can't imagine crossing Texas at that speed.

 

Been there, done that. Ain't going back.
