Federally, not as far as I know.  Might conceivably be local ones.  Jefferson, as author of the Declaration of Independence, gets some free publicity every 4th of the July, though.

Indirectly there is.  We call it President Day. This day is supposed to honor the Founding Fathers and all the Presidents who came after them.
