I think it's possible to check that by exhaustion, actually, back in time over the duration of the Gregorian calendar, and forward as far as you care to go. Maybe I'll see if I can find such a tool just for grins.

EDIT^2: though those tables are UT date. Your civil date may be different by several hours, which would throw the instant of full moon into a different day. E.g. this one: the UT date of full moon is Nov 10 20:16. Because Australia is several hours ahead of UT in their civil time and calendar, full moon is on the 11th for you. But not for most of the world.
