Maybe I'll see if I can find such a tool just for grins. Heh, easier than I thought EDIT^2: though those tables are UT date. Your civil date may be different by several hours, which would throw the instant of full moon into a different day. E.g. this one: the UT date of full moon is Nov 10 20:16. Because Australia is several hours ahead of UT in their civil time and calendar, full moon is on the 11th for you. But not for most of the world.
