He's an Empyrean who idolizes Archon (the one Empyrean he's spent any time with) and he's very young. In his mid 20's...His father is human his mother is an Empyrean. There was a reasonably enjoyable independent comic I read years ago with the main character having chosen Icarus as his identity. It was sort of a first super in the world thing. Regardless, he was strong, bulletproof and could fly. He was also tough enough to fly through a building, hence, flying brick. Pity I only ever found the one issue.
