TheEmerged Posted May 21, 2003 Report Share Posted May 21, 2003 It can be as simple as Armor bought with a "only against damage from KB" limitation (anywhere from -1/2 to -1 1/2 depending on the likelihood of severe KB in your campaign). It can be as twisted as KB bought with a limitation "only affects dice of damage, character still knocked back" (probably around -1). You could also buy the Breakfall skill with substantial bonuses if the GM allows. Use the optional "breakfall reducing throw damage" rule from the Ultimate Martial Artist page 113, but allow it to be applied to KB damage as well. You could also buy Teleport with the Position Shift adder, the Trigger advantage, and "only to stand immediately up when knocked down/back" limitation (probably around -1). Tech Posted May 22, 2003 Report Share Posted May 22, 2003 If he's trying to eliminate/reduce damage, just buy PD only versus knockback.
