Which would require a good level of the perk Security Clearance, since that is a secret base. There would also probably be required Social Limitations and/or Watched Disads. To tell you the truth, it's not a common profession any more. Nowadays most new aircraft designs are tested and "test flown" through computer simulation. Heck, in a few decades we may not have many pilots period, considering how UAVs are evolving and how modern aircraft are often too powerful for their pilots.
