You might choose to adapt the character sheet for Amazing Man I from Digital Hero #9, but for Electron you're on your own (although implicitly she was a powered-armor wearer, inheriting the tech designed by her father Digitak). But none of my players are doing that sort of thing, and I don't have any NPCs positioned either.
