I'm aware of the Champions Powers multiform substitute but it's not really Transfer as Transfer was. Not having been in a game in which Transfer was abused, the removal of it was kind of jarring. If you wanted reduced fade rate, for example, you were required to purchase it on both the Aid and the Drain component. Similarly, Ranged had to be paid on both when the Aid component clearly still had no range.
