What about characters and situations I played and GM'ed nearly 30 years ago?

Include them in your fic along with any villians and DNPCS as supporting Characters but write it like a teen novel or a comic book from the PCs POV.

I've been to Fanfiction .net and read a few fan fics from anime,comics,and rpgs, but with the exception of my fanfic that I'm posting here along with its link,and some Champions Online Fics, there are no super RPG fanfiction in that whole site. And Most likely here in this forum.

I would like to resurrect this thread and post some 6th edition updated versions more closely aligned to their character sheets in the original champions books but I can't seem to find my old copies anywhere.  The Enforcer84 versions are good (even if the new format mangled them) but really really powerful and advanced for introductory sheets.  I might just build them on starting points for superheroes as given in the rules (400/75) which shouldn't be too tough.  Just have to trim back some of the extras.

Don't forget That the Guardians were called the League Of Champions in the comics whose membership included the 3rd Giant[Goliath's son], Doctor Arcane, Sparkplug[Flare's sister] and Icicle [icestar's sibling].

How about the Trinity of sin?

the Justice League Dark?

SHAZAM?[the former Captain Marvel]

The Teen Titans?

The Others?[that's the superteam Aquaman joined before he joined the League]

That's Moot considering that she and the Huntress[Helena Wayne] has since returned to Earth 2 In World's Finest #25.

This might be the best example: create an artifact that absorbs human life forces[ souls] to manipulate human hearts and minds.

It's been done in MAHOU SENTAI MAGIRANGER the Movie maybe you can create a device that'll function that same way as the Puppeteer Ring.

I do it's online though at HC two of them  in fact. In TEAM ALPHA I've got some players and a co GM so I might close the game to those players.

Thankfully I've got CHAMPIONS COMPLETE on the day after Christmas at a discounted price. Dispite My sister saying that the rules are the same and I shouldn't waste my money on it. That's the simple minded thinking of some people who don't see the whole picture.

How about QUEEN's "Another one Bites The Dust" for Hawkeye

"Under Pressure" For the Hulk

and "Princes of the Universe" for the Mighty Thor

Not to mention Destiny's Child "Survivor" for the ever sensational She Hulk [Green and Red]

I almost forgot: In No Man's Land, the villians of  Gotham were released after the earthquake from Arkham Asylam

Between six of the villians Gotham was carved into sections with the police and Batman's forces holding three whole neighborhoods. Not to mention the feds keeping anyone out of the city including humanitarian efforts.

Try Putting that into your campaign.

Remember: the earthquake struck a few months after the plague was eradicated from Gotham.

Hey There Heroes!

Recently I've Aquired six graphic novels in the Batman series that blew me away. It concerns the Contageon,Cataclysm and No Man's Land storylines in the Batman comic series.

CONTAGEON:A viral agent is let loose in Gotham City causing a disease called the "the Clentch" spreading death in the hundreds and would've spread through the US if Batman and Co had'nt found and anti toxin.

CATACLYSM: The impossible happens! Gotham city is hit by an earthquake measuring 7.5 off the ritcter scale,Death and destruction rose by the thousands taxing both Batman and his allies to thier limits.

No Man's Land: After the events in CATACLYSM, the US denies support to Gotham,cutting it off from the US declaring it a No Man's Land where any semblance to law and order has degenerated into chaos and anarchy among the people.

Here's the Phantom's Challenge: Roleplay these storylines into your Champions Campaign and see what results you'll get out of playing them. Play up the anguish among the people, the faustration of your heroes as they deal wtih recovery and protecting the populance from villians freed and gone wild,and suspicions of a master villian's seemingly benign guestures[Lex Luthor anyone?]
