  2. Good God, this thread is 10 years old today. I feel like I should be buying it a pony.
  3. Re: Quote of the Week from my gaming group... From my Serenity campaign, post bar-brawl "I'm going to have a one-nippled man chasing me for the rest of my life." Purple nurples, nipple piercings and great dice rolls are not the friends of NPCs.

  6. Re: Foods for those that just don't care anymore And! Always And! Swiss AND Mozza! And Bacon. More on topic, I've seen lots of different patty formers. Mom had one that was a burger width tube. Meat goes in, press with plunger-thing, layer of wax paper, repeat.
  7. Re: Foods for those that just don't care anymore Emus and Ostriches remain unstuffed. Sadly. Then a whole cow, crammed into a moose.
  8. Re: Foods for those that just don't care anymore The Splash page says it all. 79,046 calories. A bird in a bird in a bird in a bird in a bird in a pig.
  9. Re: What 5th Ed Books to buy on sale? UNTIL Superpowers Database, and the "Ultimate" series have become key references for when I come up with new limitations, and try to come up with new ways of doing certain effects. Partly to see if what I want has been done, and partly to see how the author/authority on Hero System values advantages and limitations, and where Stop Signs have been posted.
  10. Re: Foods for those that just don't care anymore Beer batter is the second best use for beer ever created! Stand proudly at your beer creativity!
  11. Re: "Neat" Pictures I will hang my head in shame for confusing the two films. I did intend to say The Dark Night, but what came out was clearly "I am a defective moron". Thank you for that correction, I can now go commit seppuku

  15. Re: Foods for those that just don't care anymore There was a moment with that burger recipe where I thought "four eggs and twelve strips of bacon on a burger, that's more than I eat on a Sunday Brunch!" Then I noticed the four Kaiser buns. I feel great relief and temptation.

  17. Re: Foods for those that just don't care anymore All that, for 4 bucks. I shiver at the thoughts of quality, and the lack thereof. Yet I must applaud the insanity that its a foot long cheeseburger. Screw you Subway.
  18. Re: Super Zeroes The Shrinkage. This cold based villain's powers only work on men. And only a little.
  19. Re: Super Zeroes The Dis-functionary! He causes minor social gaffs at formal events such as introducing honoured guests in the incorrect order, mis-pronouncing the name of an important person, or making an off the cuff remark that is itself harmless, except that some important person has reason to feel uncomfortable upon hearing it, and most around them know why. The gaffs are minor enough that no-one needs to comment on them, nor is an immediate apology required, but it casts a shadow of awkwardness over the event, in practical terms, causing penalties to any social skills. This power only works at events with a well known social protocol such as governmental receptions, wedding dinners, or dedication ceremonies.
  20. Re: "Neat" Pictures Speaking of Doctor Who vibes...
  21. Re: 10 US Military Aircraft That Never Quite Made It Fantastic Four had one in "X-Men vs the Fantastic Four" in the 80's. Which was double awesome as the X-Men were using the SR-71 at the time.
