Re: Campaign Idea: Superhuman Bounty Hunters? The best answer is to ask a cop. If you've got a community police station nearby, drop in, tell them you're a writer (technically you are, and it will take less explaining), and see if any officers of any rank have a few minutes they can spare to answer a few questions. Then ask them what they think of bounty hunters, and why they think that popular media portrays cops as disliking bounty hunters.

This one's a little more crunchy than I normally ask, but here goes. Rockets and missles take time to reach targets that are far away. A lot of time compared to beam weapons railguns. I realized that some real-world missles only travel at about 100m/s. That means a Character more than 300m from his attacker can percieve an attack, and not have to worry about it for a full phase. That should be a Limitation, but how much. I was thinking something like an inverse of the Combat and Noncombat Accelleration advantage, or a modifier on the Extra Time chart. What does anyone else think?

Re: Rifts HERO? So, any thoughts on Magic in Rifts. Multipower? Spells as Weapon Familiarities? The -2 Spell Limitation? The last looks most like Rifts Magic to me, but perhaps something else is more playable?
