    One way would be all spells have transform side effect (add disadvanage horror marked) the caster can cleanse this taint by Foci(shamanism) or by a floating Power defense only for Spell casting (-1), 1 spell at a time (-1) extra time or RSR Magic skill roll (-1/2)

    The same seems true of Justice League's Superman. Most episodes he's getting blasted/electrocuted/exploded/knocked around. Yet in a few key episodes, he take a beating from some tough competition (Solomon Grundy, Draaga, Mongul, and Wonder Woman come to mind) and holds his own.

     

    supes Does Point out in one episode that every hit he takes is one someone else doesn't. And if he makes people believe they are effective they will keep on swinging at him. if he shrugs everything they throw (like we know he can) ppl will ignore him and take everyone else out THEN gang up on him.

    I am actually amazed that with all of Batman's enemies he has had so many girlfriends! I did a search, and he actually has more girlfriends than Super-man! (Though Batman is not married...)

    Part of this is the Gm's responsibility,

     

    I had one Gm who So loved interparty conflict after my 2nd ed ranger took Enemy: Church of the one true god (for very good in game reasons)

     

    he has a new player show up....

    Change Environment: 8" area, -8 to Dex rolls or failing character falls down, OIF (Objects of opportunity, -1/2), RSR (Mechanics, -1/2),

     

     

    if you put it in to a multipower with Speed that costs end....

    IPE (moves so fast cannot be seen performing actions)

    The other concept was similar however it was clay items coming to life that were built as summons that had a gradual effect (they gained abilities the longer they were imbued/focused with magics). I have it in my books somewhere just not in a computer.

    I would suggest joining a band of travelling ratcatchers probably taking a rat charmer (or possibly a ferreter) position. These travel from town to town getting rid of pests of all sorts. Pretty much a wandering band of adventurers but with a specific focus (pest/rodent elimination) if the Gm wanted to the Occasional Night Shift/Dungeon Style adventure could easily be inserted....

    the other option would be a High Con to make braeking out easy.

     

    Have you considered doing this with Change Environment instead?

    Works a little differently but my help with some of the other issues (see the gravity powers section of USPD for ideas/details)

    Didnt wealthy White Confederates run off to Brazil after losing the war for the South?

     

    If so that would indicate that in a CSA 'win' brazil would be different and Slavery would end by 1890's at the worst.

     

     

    Oh yeah the CSA events in The Supreme were written by Allen Moore (he's English innt he?) so that would indicate to me at least a bit of "there is not a preponderance of racisim merely a mildly interesting alternate universe"

    Now she is the Unknown

     

    the other daughter was Wondrous Girl (she wanted to be Wonder Girl But that I had to explain to her was allready taken).

     

    She is a keeping the name even at the ripe age of 18....

    1. Attack by Temporal Misusing Xenophobic Dark Matter Aliens, the planet was probably sacrificed to save all the multiverse timestreams.

     

    2. Probably leading an attack to wipe out yet another batch of these INSANE M****r F******'s. Or else to get back/revivify the other 6 billion humans (no man left behind....) if that is done.

     

    3. Make Certain the rag tag fleet (remnants of the six alien invasions plus human/superhero mods, formerly stored in Counter earth so that makes sense) knows what it is doing and can properly defend itself without taking each other out.

    Definitely my own.

     

    after decades of growing it in comics and artwork it finally is getting some real use. However it isn't the real Universe with myself and my kids in it, the one I'm running is an outgrowth to let the players do something and have an influence. Otherwise I'd drive e'm crazy(ier)
