    Capes

I usually make it part of the costume without either limitations or advantages. But I rarely have characters with capes.

    2 heads

I assure you that I have an active imagination, that comment was slightly condescending. My issue is that I only have the 4e champions book and back when I played in the nearly days I only made some straight forward characters that didn't require imagination and D&D was my go to game back then. I wasn't very experienced when I picked the game back up a couple years ago. Now that I'm trying to think outside the norm and ask questions you make an unsupportive comment like that. Give me a break.

    2 heads

I'm still trying to figure out how to build a guy with two heads using 4e rules. I'm a dummy and can't figger it out.
  4. Eh. There are kinks to work out. I don't know why that posted twice.
  5. 4e is correct. I'm also wanting to give him a triggered teleport as a defense mechanism. Whenever someone gets within a certain distance, say one hex, it automatically teleport him in a random direction. Is this difficult?

  7. Developing a wild card type character who is very chaotic. He can create a teleport field around him that randomly teleport people who gets near him, friend or foe. I'm thinking Teleport Useable Against Others, Area Effect: Radius, No Range How much of a Limitation would Random Targeting be worth and would a Trigger be used here? Any other ways of building this?
  8. What are the differences between the editions? I really hate learning new systems but I feel like my 4e is pretty dated. I'm not sure if our group is going to get back together after our summer hiatus but I'm wanting to take a serious turn at being a player for a while. I would like to rebuild my brick Verbeeg (Very Big) with the new rules but I'm not sure it's worth the investment. Enlighten me.
  9. 4e. Always 4e. I'm too poor (tightwad) to afford newer versions.
  10. Just a weird question.... Is there a cheaper way to build an area effect Transfer than buying Area Effect Transfer? I've got a villain who has an area effect Death Aura which I want to translate into him stealing the characteristics of others. He's a skilled normal aside from this power and he has a bit of tech he uses for defense. I just want to be able to use this without costing a septillion points...

    Seven

Apparently I have trouble conveying my ideas. She can have six dupes each with a different attack power, probably not energy or mental. They keep the same stats and defensive abilities. Her base form has the attack forms of each but not as potent. Each dupe has the exact same mind and personality as the base form.
  12. I try to think out of the box whenever possible. The name doesn't always have to reflect the powers of the character.

    Seven

Because they have different powers from each other
  14. I really enjoy building my campaign world and find myself creating characters constantly. I even make separate character sheets for every normal npc in the game no matter how normal and mundane. Does anyone else do this or do I need a therapist?

    Seven

Female assassin named Seven. She can create six duplicates of herself each with seven different attack powers. The original form has all these powers but at less potency. Although all seven have the exact same mind and personality I'm assuming this will be done with multiform rather than duplication. How difficult will this be?
  16. I'm working with 4e and I can't find anything on it but I'm looking to build a mystic who can levitate. He can only go up or down, movement in any other direction must be done by pulling or pushing himself or by some other means. I know I'm not the only person to have a levitating character. How is it done in 4e?
  17. 4e. In 4e there is a power advantage Based on ECV. I had a medalist way back then who used a mental killing attack based on ecv. He was pretty wicked. I'm wondering if this power advantage exists in the later editions?
  18. If its used as a form of movement does it need to be paid for?
  19. Hi all. I was wondering if there were rules on throwing another character as part of an attack or movement. I haven't seen anything about It in my 4e rules.

  21. Building a sword guy and rather than making a ninja I have decided to make him a fencer. There is a fencing martial arts package in the 4e handbook but I need help fleshing him out with tricks. Any input is welcome.
  22. They will be fighting the champions heroes at some point. Some of our heroes are quite human and will find these villains are more than capable of harming them.
