It's a villain

I'm using 4e and the rules for Desolid states that for a power to affect physical world it must take a +2 Advantage. Now, does this mean that if my assassin wants her martial arts to affect the physical world each maneuver must have the +2 advantage or just the +2 on martial arts package as a whole? Or is strength bought at +2? Help!

I'm against chest emblems unless you are the superman/captain America type. I have two groups, the first group are Victorian era characters in the modern world. They wear mostly typical Victorian apparel. The second group wears body socks with no capes or emblem and usually one or two colors.

That's the plan. His goons are pretty strong. Not as strong as the heroes but if they work in pairs...

The billionaire is playing them all though.

I've never built a magic user before so I might try that out. Maybe finish it out with an alien with lots of tech. Thoughts?

I have an idea for other villains: Meanstreak: speedster Murmur: assassin/martial artist Deadman: automaton/Frankenstein brick#2 Serpentina: stretcher Mr. Perfect will be a martial artist with nice gear and a lot of followers. Need two more. It's going to be a group of 13 villains. They've made a pact to not interfere with each other's plans and to defend each other from crime fighters. Still need to flesh it out.

Help me round out my villain team. So... About porting someone off the roof of a skyscraper. It's in the line of sight and it doesn't have to be very far, physics does the rest as the villain falls to the pavement for 25d6 damage... Or off a ship into the ocean

Yes, that was me. I'm creating a race of amphibians humanoids and was using Toad as a template.

Aside from battling undead and infernal critters he's not going to be a D&D cleric. He's a modern day priest ordered by the Vatican to battle evil forces. Some heroes fight street thugs, some fight mutants and some fight aliens. He happens to specialize in fighting undead and demons/ Devils and the like. He doesn't heal wounds (aside from the Paramedic skill). He has good hand to hand skills and some abilities that work against any foe but I was really just asking how to make those abilities work in Hero and perhaps more abilities that would fit the character.

I think this was discussed once before but I didn't find anything. I'm thinking about a character who is a set of conjoined twins who basically just have a broad torso and two heads. Each head has different abilities. Would the extra actions of being two people trapped in one body be treated as just extra speed or two different speeds and mental attributes?

I'm not making a DnD setting. Its modern day only he's a priest who is ordered by the Vatican to combat supernatural/other worldly bad guys like demons and undead. Just looking for some ideas for abilities.

Has anyone here ever taken the drug Neurotin? It's for nerve damage (which I have) and creates a similar effect if you haven't developed a tolerance to it or take too much. I want to create that effect only stronger and not drug induced

A player has created a hillbilly gadgeteer who dies most of his work with spare parts. Sort of a redneck MacGyver. He thought about the name Junkpile but it is already a Marvel character. Any thoughts?
