Second, side effects should be rated per Active Points - Currently, for yours, I'd say 1d6 per 10 AP. Third, just to note, your DEF isn't going to help against a side-effect - I'd therefore rate it at 'Extreme'. You might want to change that.

Re: Campaign: Pulling The Fangs First and major problem I noted is that, as a Powerful Hero, you can have a maximum of 60 Active Points in any power. While I would be able to wave this *To a certain extent* on a *Severely* restricted power, your multipower goes far over that limitation. Edit: Pages 28 & 29 of 5th Edition, Revised, have the power level guidelines. Edit: I'm also not sure what is up with your Side Effect on your multi-power.

Re: Campaign: Pulling The Fangs Thanks - I'll look at it after I eat something. If you have a Hero Designer subscription, there's a character vault you can upload to on the main page. It'll give you an ID #. Stick that in [ hd = ID #]Text[ / hd ] tags and it'll automatically display your character in a show/hide bar.
