Of the worst films actors have made list I have seen:-

    The Lone Ranger

Strip Tease (the book is brilliant)

    Batman and Robin

    Catwoman

Nine (didn't think it was hat bad and when you compare it to some of the ones on the worst comedy list, it's like perfect Shakespeare)

The League of ExtraOrdinary Gentlemen (I was a big fan of the comic, besides Sean Connery was in it, how bad could it be ?)

Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith (Christensen is too easy a target and there are much worse films out there)

Phantom Menace (Jake Lloyd is highlighted but not the guy playing Jar Jar ?)

Showgirls (has to be seen to be believed)

    Waterworld (I liked it.)

Iron Man (Terence Howard was not a detriment to the film. He lost the job whiich is why is is the worse for him)

Jaws the Revenge (one of two stinkers on the list, the other is Catwoman)

    Superman Returns

I have never seen Cutthroat Island all the way through.

I am grateful to Bazza, the comedy list has some pure garbage which leaves these films way behind.

The Lone Ranger was very uneven I'll grant you, but I wouldn't put it on any worst lists.  When they find the right tone the movie is good, but sadly they only manage to do that for the finale.

That was just a cheap jibe and is beneath you.

Do you seriously like Hook ?

The movie Pan was worse by far.  Supposedly it's a prequel to Peter Pan, despite it establishing that Pan was born after the events of the original story thus making it impossible for him to have encountered the Darlings in Victorian era London.  They then proceeded to make Captain Hook an American cowboy, tossed Blackbeard into the story for no discernable reason and had none of Tiger Lily's tribe played by actual Native Americans.  By the time the pirates started singing a Nirvana song I was done.  They tried to cover their shoddy storytelling with utter lunacy but didn't have the sense to keep up that vibe either.  For the record, I did not like Hook either.

Poor strategy I'd think.  I mean I don't know how most Americans feel about the vaccine but I know they love their football and I feel safe in saying that the majority of them care FAR more about the Super Bowl then they do the GOP.  Effing with the thing the voters adore isn't going to be turning anybody to your cause.

  4. So attempts to mimic the BS in Ottawa failed in both Toronto and Vancouver.  In Toronto police shut down the attempted process with ease and in Vancouver, citizens had the COVIDiots corralled before the police could even arrive.  In Ottawa, well I'd call the Ottawa Police Service a bunch of Zapp Brannigans but they don't even talk a good game.  Efforts are being made but it's clear that the Ontario Provincial Police or the RCMP, or both, will have to be sent in for the mess in Ottawa to be handled competently.  I expect many "protesters" to be arrested before this is over and many members of the OPS to lose their jobs, at the very least.

  5. And in WWE being WWE for some reason they've given Walter the new ring name of "Gunther Stark" despite Walter being a character on WWE television in some shape or form for years. Worse yet they apparently trademarked the name without googling it. It seems there was an actual guy named Gunther Stark who was a U-Boat commander for the Nazis.  🤬

Clearin' out all of Hunter's people, I see...

Road Dog and Allison Danger got canned too, which I have to think does not bode well for NXT.  All but two of the veterans are gone, the rest are green as grass and the super talented trainers who were meant to help them develop are gone too.  So you have a bunch of green guys with only two people to help them develop into something better.

  7. So the previous Saturday I went to a wrestling show in my hometown.  Just a local show, I doubt you'd have heard of anybody wrestling on it unless you're from Ontario and follow the indy scene there.  That being said the show was enjoyable, the wrestlers worked hard to entertain the fans and I got some nice merch.  Why am I bringing this up? Well every thing's been kinda dismal lately, what with WWE cutting so many people during the pandemic and all.  I figured you all might appreciate a pleasant wrestling story.  A small one to be sure, but pleasant none the less. ☺️

Ultimately, I think the real question is this: Let's say a 17 year old black man goes to a Trump rally and shoots three people, two fatally. He pleads self-defense at his trial. Is he acquitted?

(Answer: Trick question. There's never a trial in this case, because that the police shoot and kill that guy on the spot. The officers involved probably get acquitted, though.)

I don't imagine that guy gets to shoot anybody before being shot himself.  Cops shoot him down without any thought about what the man's intentions are, regardless if he's being threatening at the time then malign his memory to justify it.

  9. So I saw the Eternals and....well I didn't despise it the way I despised Jurassic Park: Fallen Kingdom or The Dark Knight Rises but, well I found the movie rather dull to be honest.  It looked like it was building to something but with an hour left in the movie I was well past caring since the characters weren't all that interesting, nothing much seemed to be happening and despite the movie focusing on Marvel's cosmic characters nothing cosmic seemed to be happening.  The thing that interested me most was Kingu being a one person Bollywood dynasty and that was ignored mere moments after it was brought up.  Sure

    Spoiler

    Eros

shows up at the end, but that only made me wonder why he wasn't introduced earlier.  In short, I cannot recommend this flick.

Was it Moose beating Josh Alexander ?

It was.  They've been building Josh Alexander up for months now, establishing him as one of the greatest X-Division champs ever and he cashes in his title at the last PPV to get a shot at the world title at Bound for Glory.  The booking revolved around Christian Cage vs Josh Alexander for the Impact World Title.  So after all that brilliant booking of Josh Alexander at the end of Bound for Glory they piss it all away to put the title on Dollar Store Bobby Lashley.

Most of the Tim Drake fan comics readers I know are women, and have been noting subtext between him and Conner Kent for ages. This didn't strike me as an out-of-the-blue development and I don't even read Batman comics.

Gotta say, it's not just ladies noticing the subtext between the two.  I mean it was strong enough that I noticed and I'm not always the most perceptive regarding such things.

@Twilightoh I totally see Teela being the new Sorceress. She is set up for it. Bower in this new environment. Well if it happens as I stated before, I’d be sad but not really surprised.

That is why I didn’t bring up He-man nor Star Wars. However the same ideology that is infecting MCU seems to be infecting all other franchises.

Not just in the new show.  She's been the Sorceress' daughter since the minicomics after all, the only thing that's changed are the specifics of Teela's birth.
