Matt Walker is the driver of MASK. This large cargo truck serves as the Highway Robbers mobile command center, vehicle transport, and staging point. Additionally, it has enough firepower to fight off a team of supers if they show up during a robbery.
CES 

Casey K Aldrich took a bullet to the head, fell out of a five story window, and then was hit by a bus. He should be dead. Instead he went to the hospital and slept until he was ready to wake up. He had thought he was bound for good things, but that never happened. Instead he was hounded by bad luck wherever he went. When he came back, Casey still had problems, but he found he got better every time something bad happened to people around him. It was like he was giving them his bad luck.
 
Casey became the Sign to aid his new colleagues.
CES

Ticky was created as an experiment by Tak the Lich. She didn't turn out like he thought she would. He decided to place her with people who would look out for her. Ticky is an undead twelve year old trying to do good by summoning undead forces to her aid.

Lullaby is the daughter of the Brown Note and possesses some of that villainess's power. Whereas her mother could kill someone with her singing, she can put them to sleep. She uses this ability offensively against armed attackers who don't know to block their hearing from her voice.

Dyer is a nonviolent criminal and excellent forger with his ability to change the print and look of documents, signs, and the color of objects.

General Mills used the Green Giant as its personal hero in emergencies. Bascomb Vegetables wants to do the same thing with corporate heroes of its own. Who are the six vegetable themed members of the Grocery Greens.

Xiopathic was once a shaman. He has guarded the tomb since he was young. When it opened, he tried to stop the curse from spreading out. His efforts turned him into a ghost who warns others of their coming fate. His efforts to recruit people to stop the curse has rewarded them with bad luck by his presence.
CES    

When the tomb was discovered, word spread to the local bandits and rebels. One of these, Jesus Alvarez, actually breached the tomb from the other side. The curse was unleashed and Alvarez ate his men in a frenzy. When it was over, he tried to kill himself but failed. And every night he needs to eat. This is has earned him the name Omnivore.

The tomb sits in a contested part of the jungle that is used by bandits and terrorists who hope to overthrow the government. One such freedom fighter/revolutionary/terrorist is Micheal Fernandez. Just as Omnivore targeted the tomb for robbery, he targeted it as a base camp for his movement.
 
The curse struck and left him with the unusual ability of suffering pain for everyone he affected with his actions. This has forced him to act in the least hurtful way possible which has affected his plans against the government.

Adrian Krauser, world famous astronomer, joined the expedition to learn about the stars from that ancient pyramid in the middle of the jungle. The hope was to see if a new observatory could be put in place for better pictures from the ground, Hubble and other space based telescopes were doing a good job, but there was still need for ground observation.
 
The curse wrapped around him and gave him knowledge of how the stars moved people under them. He became the astrologer to take advantage of the mystical effects the stars and planets have on the globe.

Don Cussler was caught up in the expedition as a naturalist. The curse changed him into a miniature lizard man that is poisonous to everything he touches. He calls himself the Poison Dart after the frog of that name.

The Rock Band makes their home in Club Pillar. The upstairs is a fully functional club/restaurant/bar. The secret downstairs is their home away from home with secret exits so they don't have to mingle with the customers above them.

I'll lead off with a more physical member of this team.
 
Emmit Eames has adopted the name Easter Egg for the new Mainframe team. His power makes him a walking arsenal and a wild card for infiltrations as he can "find" random weapons and special items in his environment.

Darren Droves is the Driver. He's a body jacker that takes people over with eye contact. He has been known to throw his borrowed bodies into trouble to keep heroes busy while he escapes. He is prone to targeting mentalists since they can counteract his power.

Once the curse was released, it struck a random tree in the vicinity. This tree grew a limited sentience. It has become a watchdog for the temple, ambushing and killing anyone who comes close enough that is not cursed. The locals have started to avoid it, calling it the Hanging Tree.

The Jaquero used to be a big cat that hunted near the tomb. When the curse kicked in, it gained human-like intelligence. It has hunted through the jungle more efficiently that ever. The natives have learned to fear its roar as it moves through the trees.

Pedro Manos is a native guide. He has profited from graverobbing various sites while leaving the expeditions he has guided to their deaths in the jungles. The curse has manifested in a mental third hand that encourages him to do things in the most murderous way possible. Sometimes it does things on its own.

The tomb is in such a remote part of the jungle that air transport was required for part of the trip. When the curse was unleashed, bush pilot Cabrie MacDougal was caught up while in flight and became one with his plane. The nearby tribes speak of his predation as the Flying Caiman.

Professor Boris Kasimer longed dreamed of the day that he would discover the tomb of the ancients. Various ancient texts indicated it would be under certain star formations. When the curse struck, he had been reading more of its history that he could glean from the carvings on the walls. It inflicted him with knowledge of what star did what to humanity and what he must do to bring about the end of the age as the Astrogeddoner.

Wight Jenkins was always able to shrink and fly. She started out as the heroine Tiny Dancer. After being bitten by Cooper Manson and becoming a vampire, she became the Tiny Terror.

They have to blame Snowden because nobody knows how the thing was planned and they are thrashing around for answers. They are assuming that the operation was carried out with radio contact and so forth. The fact of the matter is this could be a set of independent groups given different targets and told to carry it out. There would be nothing to surveil electronically except for phone calls and if you didn't have number to tap, then you got nothing.
 
Like the stingray that the FBI loaned to local police. Track like 50k calls in its radius I think, but if you don't have the number, the call you want  just comes in like all the rest, so the machine is only good if you have a start up number.
 
Surveillance and electronic intrusion is worthless until you have something as a starting point. These politicians either don't know that which I find hard to believe after Watergate, or willfully ignorant to make themselves look good before they know what's going on.

Steel Shield is the right guard. His power to create walls of metal serves to protect the QB while the rest do the rest of the robbery.
Occasionally he acts as a ram to blast through the enemy's defenses.
