I'd go for SPD 4 for most starting Bricks, but this guy seems to be a little more on the speedy side, so I'd go for 5. Sure your only doing 10d6 physical damage, but add whatever the damage the damage shield is doing... Sounds like a flaming brickquet to me. As in charcoal. I've generally found that it's best to use Flight with the limitation "in or near contact with a surface" as a limitation, as it gets the SFX across without being either too limiting or too complex. When bigger, the character would be easier to hit (-DCV at least), but would find it easier to hit (+OCV at least). When smaller the character would be harder to hit, but would have a slightly harder time hitting. It wouldn't affect the characters STR (can move a car when in the size of a giant or an ant).
