If it was high profile and likely to be anti-government I would probably think al-Qaeda first. And just because they have Muslim and Arab members does not make me think of them as Arabs or Muslims. Just terrorists. Then there is scale. Something small scale and anti-Government which does not kill people could be the Countryside Alliance protesting against the banning of Fox hunting. We have racist groups that firebomb African American congregations. We have pro-life groups that bomb abortion clinics and gun down doctors. We have narcoterrorism from both north and south of the US Borders. Al Quaeda is a significant enemy, but we have enough home grown psychos of our own, no thank you. They just don't make the front page with the same regularity as the foreign types. Plus, profiling homegrown Militia Groups is far more difficult than profiling people who are not "mainstream" population. Like Chris Rock once said... "I'm more afraid of Al Cracker than Al Quaeda."
