Storm lifted a second-rate Mjolnir knockoff created expressly for her by Loki.

 

I know Captain America and Beta Ray Bill have been able to lift the hammer due to their noble character. And Odin, Tiwaz, and Gaea have done so as well, though it's unclear whether the latter two were judged worthy by Odin's enchantment or just powerful enough to overcome it.

Captain America and Rogue's daughter lifted the hammer once in an What If comic. She became the super heroine called Crusader.

Another arguement FOR the hammer being a vehicle - In one of the Annual crossover events where the Avengers fought Terminus Thor REMOVED the enchantment that the hammer return to him, then he fought Terminus and the hammer got eaten. He then later reactivated the return fuction (with a prayer to Odin) and the hammer returned to him (dragging Terminus WITH IT THROUGH SPACE!)

I'm Pro Vehicle for the Hammer. Same with the DC Power Rings etc......if it does Vehicle stuff, one can use the vehicle rules for it. Hmm....don't forget there was a Quinjet attachment for Thor to toss the Hammer in it so Quinjets could go Warp Speed in Space!
