When it comes to hit locations, it applies the OCV modifier to the to hit roll. As such, a -4 OCV roll, with a Die Roll of 14 is treated as if you rolled a 10 rather than an 18. Because it was in Creation Workshop/Metacreator. I don't ever recall HD having one. One was made as a third party bit for Hero Designer when it was V2. It worked decently enough. Beast Posted January 23, 2010 Report Share Posted January 23, 2010 Re: Dice Roller I have 2 installs of HDs on my computer 1# has the last version of HD for 5th ed only 2# has the current version of HD 20100110 for both 5th and 6th ed I check what I have for java and it is 6.17 and it worked I then checked for the latest version off java 6.18 and upgraded to that and it still works you need to go back the 4th page of updates and get the last 5th only update which was for April 3 2009 Because it wasn't updated to work with the latest version of Java when Hero Designer was.
