She cannot fly but can call down bolts of energy which damage and destroy people and buildings. She has been given some help in control and focus by Desert Wind and so tends to use her power to intimidate rather than kill. death tribble Posted October 15, 2019 Report Share Posted October 15, 2019 The Texas Stranger Hailing from Mother Russia this member of the group tends to wear a trenchcoat, cowboy hat and wield six shooters. The Texas Rangers do not like her as she has shot guns out of their hands and can perform a lot of trick shots bouncing bullets off surfaces to hit a target from another angle. She can and has killed people but only where there is no other alternative. She is the security expert of the group and can get around computer systems although she is not a hacker per se. She understands English, speaks Russian and seems to have a grasp of Arabic at a basic level. death tribble Posted October 19, 2019 Report Share Posted October 19, 2019 Cybermanager The one responsible for running The Babylon is the Cybermanager at least as far as the people who come here are concerned. He has cybernetic implants on his head and body which are obviously the result of injuries received in either a severe accident or intense combat. The back and side of his head are metallic as is his left arm. His appearance can be alarming to some but he is able to keep the place running with minimum fuss. He can be seen motoring around like a half track although he does have a pair of what are metal legs he is seen in interacting with guests. So far nobody in Law Enforcement and no-one on the other side of the law has been able to find out who he really is. Whether he was a supervillain, or operative thereof, or a normal person caught up in momentous events that forever changed his life is unknown, What is clear is that he cannot be controlled by outside software or mechanical apparatus as Mechanon found out the hard way. It takes a master chief to be able to please anyone from a rather normal goruma crime lord to a cannibal hillbilly from Texas to alien Xenomorphs and Preditors and Cybertronian Decepticons. The Head Chief may be only a disembodied head on life support conected to a fully mechanised kitchen, but his pantry is fully stocked with whatever is needed, and he is the best chief ever. Nobody knows how his head was removed, or how he got this job. But he has it. He can even serve up various bug food for Reinfield-Smith's needs. The diminutive unassuming elderly woman has the mutant ability that acts to pacify her targets and if they somehow still attempt an attack they are suddenly overwhelmed by the intense debilitating pain. It could be any one of a number. If you want anything carried then he is the person for you. He seems to have no personality and can carry with finesse a load of any weight although if someone tries to increase the weight something will happen. If anyone wishes to use him they have to address him by his nom de plume which is name of an old British film. He backs up Ms Harmony if needed like carrying the offending party to their room or off the premises. New Team: As before with a villain team based on the Avengers and the X-Men this time the villains are based on the Legion of Superheroes. Declaring himself Fight, he joined the Army of Supervillains to do one thing...to fight and kill the best fighters in the universe. He can see each target's weaknesses, and will easily exploit them. All he cares about is the win, not how it comes out or if the victim is alive afterwords or if he has to harm or kill inocents to do so. Able to duplicate himself into four beings total, Quad has taught himself to cordate his attacks for maximum effect. Also while duplicated, opponents have a hard time focussing on him as long as they are close together. But how did a villain from the past come to join a future supervillain group like the Army of Supervillains? After his emergance in our time, The Time Protector declared him such a threat to the future that he was removed from the timeline. The Army, in there time, learned of a special payment, given every 100 years, of rair minerals worth ten fourtions as a bribe to Brightburn to stop him from attacking Earth for the next 100 years. The Army successfully stolen it, yet no Brightburn to join them. A few years later, they found a time displaced Brightburn, and Brightburn attempted to kill the army, just because. Unable to do so, he joined the group. Unfortunately for us, eventually the Army found and forced a way to send Brightburn back to his own time. She has a variety of mental powers allowing her to read minds, exert subtle mind control and make opponents believe in illusions. Further she can cause non fatal damage if the illusions are believed. Her caution is what has kept her alive ad allowed her to exist in the group. There is thought that she manipulated the others into forming the group and 'allowed' them to discover her. The Mentallous were developed as a series of artificial intelligence machines developed to counter and stop Brightburn. Deciding that an artificial, organic body would be a perfect housing for the new version of the A.I , Mentallous 7 decided that, if the others couldn't stop Brightburn, he couldn't either, and if you can't beat Brightburn, you should join him instead. It leaves raises temptures in it's wake, if your lucky. The longer it stays, the more obvious his presence is as eventually spontaneous fires, volcanic eruptions, and earthquakes single his waiting for another portal to be opened. It hates Nogad, but realized that they need each other in there fight against The Kings of Edom. While it is called "The Invisible Sun", it has a physical form as a ball of burning mass which shifts, changes in size, and pulses. Be fortunate that normals can't see it. It is only known as The Color Drainer Out Of Space. Riding a meteorite, it lands and infects the ground, slowly draining color from the soil itself, then the plants on the soil, the houses on the ground, the people in the houses. All color is drained, leaving only shades of grey and land incapable of growing anything. Then it hitches a ride on another meteorite and starts the cycle of draining and death all over again.
