When he transforms into a target he is physically indistinguishable from the original: Shapeshift (All sense groups) with the imitate and Cellular adders at 0 Endurance In addition, he becomes a mental copy as well with all their memories, skills and personality. It's the second part that I wonder how to construct. Psi clone doesn't gain the mental or physical powers of the target and when he reverts to normal he forgets any knowledge or skill gained. He reverts to normal when he sleeps, is stunned or otherwise loses consciousness. There is also a risk that the copied persona will overwhelm his own (if the target has a higher Ego score, basically.) He can only "hold" one form at a time and gaining another one immediately erases the one he currently has even if he doesn't change immediately. I'm thinking: * Mind Scan (No range) - To establish the 'lock'...enough to do EGO+30 (to use powers and make the connection undetectable) * Telepathy (Linked to Mind Scan, only through mind scan) to access the memories and personality. You could also add a 'Requires Skill Rool - Subject to Skill vs. Skill Contest (EGO)' limitation to simulate the contest of wills....with a 'Side Effect' that failing that skill roll gives him a temporary 'Physiological Limitation: Target Personality Overwhelms his Own'. The skills VPP is limited to only the skills possessed by the subject being copied. The Telepathy is an established link with the subject being copied that allows the character to access the subjects memories at any given time. Continuous allows the telepath to search the subjects mind continuously without needing a new attack roll. Shapeshift menal group allows the mimic to copy the character mentally so anyone making mental conact with the mimic thinks its the copied character.
