JmOz
Uncontrolled on Str for purposes of a grab?
Greywind
To what purpose? The inability of the character to regulate their strength?
Hyper-Man
I'm guessing to allow maintaining the grab or making a crushing attack without use of an attack action.
Lucius
I seem to remember having used that construction way back in 4th edition. Lucius Alexander Uncontrolled palindromedary tagline
JmOz
purpose is to grab someone and walk away, the character is able to have his body break off in pieces
Christougher
Wouldn't that be more the special effect of a Telekinesis?
bigbywolfe
I'd be more likely to build that as an Entangle with Cost END to Maintain and Side Effect (leaves arms behind if leaves HtH range of Entangled person).
psyber624
If he "sheds" his arms and grows new ones: Just an oddball SFX for Entangle. If he leaves behind his arms and has to come get them: Telekensis with Lockout (STR) and Feedback limitations. if he can still move them and do more than just hold on: Stretching, (Does not cross intervening space, +1/4) might be the way to go.
