GCMorris
I really enjoy building my campaign world and find myself creating characters constantly. I even make separate character sheets for every normal npc in the game no matter how normal and mundane. Does anyone else do this or do I need a therapist? Nothere
Nope. I only make sheets for major npcs. Though I do have a tendancy for reuseing npcs. After all one faceless goon, or member of a group of fishermen tend to be the same.
Lucius
Lots of us enjoy creating characters, even if they're not meant to be used. Lucius Alexander I enjoy creating palindromedary taglines

Joe Walsh
As an habitual GM, I'm always creating stuff for the system we're using and/or the next system we'll be using and/or the system I'm trying out. It's just what I do. The two systems I've had the most fun creating things for over the years are Hero and Traveller (Classic/original edition). They both have really nice (although very different) systems for creating stuff. They also happen to be two of my all-time favorite games. I don't think those things are unrelated. BoloOfEarth
For "normal" NPCs, I don't create full character sheets. If an NPC is likely to be used more than once, I'll make a list of key Characteristics / Skills / Talents / Powers (if applicable). For example, the PCs have a liaison with the local police -- I've noted that he has 15 PRE with +8 PRE vs. Presence Attacks, along with a few relevant skills (Conversation, in case the PCs want to try tricking him to reveal info, etc.). massey
My answer is this video (I am not saying you are a damn fool)... If you were a real fan you'd have already written character sheets for them.
