How to Build: Personal waterfall?

DESCRIPTION: This miniature sculpture of a waterfall cliff (four inches high by two inches wide) is imbued with conjuration magic. Upon speaking the word of access, four boulders in two pairs of two spring into existence suspended in mid-air roughly eight feet above the ground. Below them appears a wash basin perhaps seven inches deep and five feet wide in a 120 degree fan shape. Between the rocky spheres is a space where freshwater pours from nothingness and curves down to spill into the basin. Once the water reaches the brim of the basin, it vanishes; in this way, the basin remains ever full without splashing excess water into the environment (anyone may, of their own volition, splash or take water out). With a simple mental command, any one of three properties of the tumbling stream can be altered.

* The intensity of the output: from a gentle drizzle to a foamy torrent.

* The thickness of the output: from a thin curtain to a full oval.

* The temperature of the water: from near-freezing to near-boiling.

While intended as a portable shower of sorts, this mystical curio is also a handy source of unlimited potable water.

Ragitsu, if it's meant just to give water, go with Hugh's write-up. I don't think the other write-ups for damage are what the poster is looking for, since the description is for drinking water or taking a shower.
