Claws (HKA), climbing (Clinging, climbing skill), tail (Extra Limb), enhanced sense of smell. Also known for there kleptomatic nature (grabbing shiny objects, again Clinging). Prehaps being able to communicate with racoons (Telepathy with racoons, Summon racoons, Mind Control with racoons). Shrinking to racoon size. Tech Posted August 9, 2019 Report Share Posted August 9, 2019 I've ran the Great Supervillain Contest 2.0 with various villains a few years back, alot of my own villains. Really, you can pick anyone, including those low-powered villains who managed to trick heroes into getting defeated.
