  1. One of the most interesting powersets I played was along the lines of an 'earth elemental type'. He had your basic earth control, earth shields, flying rock blasts, etc. However, he also had X-Ray vision-only through natural rock/earth. He also had free movement through rock/earth (with both of these abilities, he could essentially 'fight' from underground). Ride on earth waves, mini-earthquakes. He also had an 'Earth-sense', he could tell where things were and information about them, if they were touching the earth within a certain radius.
  2. Once again, very nice of you to do this, Scott. Understood that you are busy, we'll wait. At least, I know I will. The art and characters are excellent.
  3. For fans of JL-style art, here's a good site: http://www.wuji-web.com/multiverse_index.html Wil Wheaton is a decent enough actor. Unfortunately, his character signified many things done wrong with the first couple years ST: TNG.
  4. Following the official timeline, I believe DD has only appeared 3 times. I would call killing 50000+ innocents and a dozen superheroes a big victory from a 'villain' point of view.
  5. Lordy, thats right. I forgot about his Presence attack.
  6. The villain Teleios has a 50 INT I believe. Now THAT is smart.
  7. While it is clearly not what the showdown is about, I think there are many voters who can't get past the disparate power levels of these two teams. The Guard has far more power and experience it seems. Nighthawk and Caliburn were the most evenly matched, so Nighthawk had the greatest chance of victory for the Champions. I can't explain the Kinetik loss, except maybe voters didn't accept that he was part of the Champions. For myself, I still can't get past the Blue Falcon and Dorothy of Kansas images of Nighthawk and Ironclad.
  8. Wow. And Kinetik's the only Champion I really like.
  9. Menton would look pretty smooth. Or at least, you'd 'think' he did. Firewing would look fine, considering he'd be wreathed in flames!
  10. For fun, here's an old Quantum from the BBB I did. QUANTUM
  11. Here's the OTHER three members of my superteam. DRAGONFIST
  12. Re: Re: Steel Guardian Well, you get access to the Beta version of HeroMachine2 if you make a $10 "donation". And yes, it is much better than Heromachine 1, except it only has one pose each for males and females. It also hasn't had much done to the site in almost a year. Unfortunately, Mr. Hebert has been too busy to do any more work on it.
  13. Really, really detailed attempt at (something similar to) Captain America's shield and (something similar to) Spidey's web-shooters. No shield-lite or web-shooter lite, but dig deep into everything they can do and somehow make it inexpensive too. More later.
  14. I'll stop here, so's I don't take over the thread. But if anyone likes those, there's three more members of my superteam. ARTEMIS
  15. Here's another of my characters DYNAMO
  16. Hi Chris, long time no see. Here's one I did with HeroMachine. Psi-Fire
  17. That's what I did, I have upwards of 2500 scanned superhero images on my computer. It was a hard choice. Looks like you used Gamma, the Atom Smasher from Freedom City for yours, Mono. *I'll heap praise upon someone who can guess who I used for my avatar. He's known, but somewhat obscure.*
  18. Hey, niiiice. This is like when you first walk into your brand-new, state of the art superhero team base.
