  1. I didn't find the picture, I create all my character pics myself. You can find about 30 of mine over on the Superhero Images thread. Although I do have about 1500 images taken from the web, or scanned out of about 50 different HERO books. I have some really old-time HERO pics on my hard drive. *Thanks for the help everybody. I'm at a cross between Crimson Fury and Crimson Storm right now.
  2. Need help with a name and possible origin for this lady. I'm figuring on her being a powerful flying brick that can throw red-lightning bolts. Thanks.
  3. Here's another of PhantomGM's characters.
  4. How about this: -Mentalla had taken over Stellar's mind -Some new villain or creature with less than heroic tendencies has taken over Stellar's body (or replaced him) for the last few weeks. Perhaps use these to explain his actions.
  5. Random thoughts: -Stellar should be culpable to SOME extent for his actions. -Eurostar is supposedly the deadliest European terrorist group there is...you can't negotiate with terrorists of this power. -Again, Eurostar was involved! I think UN officials need to take into account that extreme measures are needed when dealing with them. The fact that Eurostar chose that castle as a hideout, almost assured its destruction in the end anyway.

Obviously. I just wondered if an explanation was given as to how he moves. I was just curious. There are some things in the superhero world that are accepted as normal, and for some things there are wacky, yet interesting explanations given.

Ummm, how much does Halfjack weigh? Cuz if he weighs, like, a ton...how does his human side support his mechanical side, or even move for that matter?
  8. Considering the Champions would probably have trouble with Dark Seraph alone, I think a battle against all the Crowns would be an obvious slaughter.
  9. Re: Re: A patriotic babe by any other name... Settle down, the MnM Lady Liberty is happily married. So hands off!
  10. I preferred Eurostar at 8 members, I think they've been depowered a bit too much. They aren't as fearsome as they used to be.
  11. Re: Mammoth vs. Mastadon??? Yes, Mammoth was one of the sample villains in the original V&V rulebook. I believe DC's Mammoth originally appeared in the Wolfman/Perez run on Teen Titans.
  12. Also, every single 5E Champions villain comes with suggestions for making them weaker (or stronger), so I don't understand the problem with inflated power levels.
  13. Umm, yeah. There's alot of characters in MnM's Freedom City book. Your point?
  14. The super-strong, super-fast, super-tough, mistress of lightning...Thunderbird.
  15. The demon who serves DEMON, Darkspawn.
  16. Yeah, I was partial to the entropic- or antimatter-being concept. The rest of the character was just goofy, though.
  17. I believe Dragonfly was replaced by Hornet from CKC. Halfjack is in the new VIPER book coming out soon. Never heard of Mastodon. There was a Mammoth in European Enemies, though. Thankfully, no characters from European Enemies have made it into the HERO 5 Universe apparently. PS: Although, I did sorta like The Despoiler from EE.
  18. Oculon is downright dangerous! I particularly like Viper-X...very nasty. Wonderful job on the book, Scott (and Steve)!
  19. Just FYI. Fans of Treb's character Zl'f might be interested to know that he has also created an excellent detailed bio of the character. I have it and have read it. She has an interesting and well-written history. It also exhaustively details her superpowered abilities in 'real-world' terms ala The Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe. He might post it here, or send it to those who ask nicely.
  20. Mechassassin - the ultimate professional Doctor Destroyer - pure megalomania Teleios - 50 INT! Ripper (VIPER villain, I've seen the playtest) - pure smashing machine Oculon (VIPER villain, I've seen the playtest) - no longer a scaredy-cat
  21. My version of Ace, from The Protectors, from the old To Serve and Protect supplement by Scott Heine.
  22. As Magmarock alluded to, the 'brick' pose is from HeroMachine 1. HeroMachine 2 is far superior with many more items to add, as well as superior color/shading. However, HeroMachine 1 has 4-5 more 'poses/forms'. I like to make my 'brick's with HeroMachine 1. Unfortunately, work on HeroMachine 2 is going VERY slowly. I think he made a mistake working on 'dwarf' poses. I (and I'm sure, many others) would prefer more 'normal' poses and a brick template, instead he produced a male dwarf template and is now supposedly working on a female dwarf. How much call is there for that I wonder?
