Well, now I have an excuse to call in sick tomorrow.

Well, last night.
 
I seemed to be a policeman/detective in a big city.  Some woman who had been abused by an ex-husband, now stalker of her came up and pulled a gun on her.  So, I naturally shoot him to stop it.   A few days later, the protestors come out wanting my head.  Which was confusing, was I supposed to let him kill her?   I get fired, and about to be put on trial, hating the city anyway,  I up and disappear.
 
Despite it being modern times, I now find myself bitter and in the Old West as an outlaw.  Leader of a 5-man band, apparently one of the others seems to a woman that is partly Native American.  She is the resident sniper, and maybe girlfriend also.  2 of the other 3 are brothers who have mentioned in passing that they were Confederate artillery until becoming drifters after the war.  5th unknown, he was always in shadow or periphery.  A bank robbing went bad, with the younger brother panicking and shooting a gold prospector/customer.   We ended up on the run from a posse..... then the FBI (in modern clothing despite in Old West now too) are coming from other side.  So we get pinned in.  Though the sniper GF did pull off some awesome badass shots thatr dwindled the FBI agents (most of her shots were at them anyway) down a bit.  The FBI/posse have us all shot up pretty good.  Older brother is dead (head nearly shot off-rather disgusting).   GF and younger brother pretty badly wounded. Me and periphery guy don't seem to be more than minor wounds or grazed.
 
They starting making moves to close,  I am preparing to commit to a deathcharge in the hopes it can buy the other 3 time to find a way out.  In the real world, I am starting to wake up, but stll sort of dreaming.....then cut to......and I have been lynched, hung to a tree, left for dead, but either not dead or somehow just aware. (full wake up)

I also have a recurring dream where my teeth keep falling out one by one.

Given my last post, one dream I have that is recurring.
 
Got to pee.   Get to the bathroom, pee for what seems like hours, looks like the toilet is ready to overflow.  Then I wake up in real life....
 
 
 
 
and my bladder is hurting. and I make a run for the bathroom.

I did have my snake under skin dream again.  Good news: less of them  Bad news: they weren't in my skin to begin but were trying to burrow their way in.
 
I remember pulling one by the tail, that was trying to crawl UNDER my shoulder blade.

I remembered one time a year ago, I was looking up some Transformers info.
 
Anyway, in copying it, while typing I got my "c" and "s" switched and typed "Incesticons".

Yeah, generally, I like one superhero= 1 secret ID.  I don't like one leaving, and someone taking on "the mantle".  Not that it cant be done, but as a general rule. 
 
THough while I don't generally care about using minorities or not.   I have to make an exception on THor.  The Norse god of thunder has to be a dude.   You've got plenty of goddesses you can use, if you want a female character.

As to the thread title,  I kind of expect comic book movies to be bad.  Hollywood loves screwing those things up.  (not seen many good ones or even average ones, and no, no X-men movies are being put on that list)

The Common Man has developed the ability to teleport any version of himself from any other universe (essentially duplication) for help.
 
He can also temprarily move into another of the universes, and return in another location (by moving to the parallel dimension's corresponding location)
